Located in Parramatta this restaurant stands out for the quality of food and service. We got here without a reservation and they accommodated us immediately. I ordered the scotch filet steak medium well along with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies and it turned out to be extra delicious. I paired it along with the creamy mushroom sauce which added to the taste. They have some awesome drink options. I love anything lemon so ordered the lemon lime mint. 5 stars all the way. Nonetheless, if you want some good breakfast/brunch then come a long. So the food here is fantastic - if you could not tell by the above paragraph - they have a large menu and everything is good. For big plates to toasteis. And the service is super friendly. The most famous thing here is the French toast. And they have multiple versions. The only problem with this cafe is the coffee. Yes, I'm a coffee snub. But I think the coffee here is below par. Have a drink and see. But generally if you are looking for a nice place to have brunch, and not to fussed about the coffee then this is your thing.

We came here for lunch and had a steak sandwich and 5 spice squid salad. Both were just under $20 but were very nice. The coffee is also good and there are some temptations in the refrigerated display but I resisted. There were plenty of people in for coffee and lunch but we didn't have to wait too long for the order to be taken and then the food to arrive. Service was friendly too. You might have to park in a side street but not too far away from the front door.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, the place is packed to capacity; we were kindly greeted and sat down with menus. We both had heard about the "freakshakes" and so 2 freakshakes were on our agenda. The 2 freakshakes came out. The golden gaytime shake and the chocolate volcano. Where to begin; saw the staff walking out and these shakes were massive and filled with toppings. The golden gaytime was a mix between a golden gaytime and an iced coffee; and don't forget the donuts!. The other was a choc shake with a chocolate soufflé on top, so tasty, warm and gooey! Everything you want in a good shake was there. The freakshakes are a MUST. Shorty after we ordered our mains; a lamb and pumpkin salad spread and a delicious Dean! The staff throughout the whole visit were quick, friendly and suggestive. They knew the menu well. Whilst we were still finishing our shakes, the meals came out, the presentation was impeccable. Great spread of food and was excited to dig in. The lamb was very tender and the other flavours on the dishes came out strongly, pumpkin, beetroot and the dressing. The other dish, was tasty, the poached egg was just right and had a great flavour with the basil pesto and the prosciutto. After having two extremely satisfying meals here and great service. #78 for 2021 Our…read moregroup came here after church service.  It's not a very big place.  They did have some interesting desserts like the cherry slices. I wanted to get one to take home but forgot all about it. Service was better than usual from what I've gotten here in Australia.  Could be because the staff knew the group I was with.  I ordered the Famous Eggs Bene on a ciabatta bread.  Wait time took longer than expected.  It was busy but  not that big thing. We were a party of 12 and lots to talk about.  When the orders started coming out it was not consistent.  What I mean is there were some long waits between dishes.  By the time the last person got their order some of us were done except for the coffee. My bene was very good.  Eggs were poached to perfection.  The hollandaise sauce was nice, gooey thick but not over cooked.  Wow.  I did like the ciabatta better than the English muffin.  I chose to have the smoke salmon and spinach which I thought was an excellent combination.  It certainly tasted that way.  When the egg poured over the salmon that was tasty.  The lemon from the sauce brought out more of smokey salmon.  It was a nice contrast too.  The spinach didn't do any thing for me there but it was fresh.  Maybe order a side of bacon next time to raise this to an even higher level. For a small place, sort of out in the woods, it does have a nice selection of food offerings.  The drink selections are not slacking either.  You can get smoothies, hand crafted sodas, tea, frappes, juices and bottled drinks.  Other food selections include bowls and salads, burgers, a selection for Signature Breakfasts and Lunch Favorites with all day Brunch menus.   If you want to peruse their menu check it out online.  Better yet, download their free Rewards App to get a point for every $10 you spend.
