I purchased a Groupon from them and have been trying to find availability that works for me, every time I call, they are booked. I called today and Lisa was finally able to give me an available date and time! However I was told by her that "my name sounds familiar" and that I probably purchased a Groupon before. I personally do not remember ever going there. However she preceded to tell me that if I already had purchased a groupon that I cannot use a groupon and I would have to call Groupon to get a refund. She told me to give her my Groupon number so that she can check the number to look back at her records to see if I had ever purchased a Groupon from them before and she would get back to me. All I wanted was to de-stress with a massage and in return I got more stressed out!!!! I went back to the Groupon and even if I had ever purchase a Groupon years ago that I cannot remember, it says on the Groupon to "purchase again" see picture attached. I mean life is stressful enough and being a massage therapist, you should understand that I'm going to you to relief my stress not to add more stress about a Groupon. Everyone be aware.
