STAY AWAY - TRUST ME…read more For whatever reason there is a cluster of massage businesses in this area. The place I used for many years, alas, went out of business so I was looking for another. I tried calling, but this place didn't speak very good English, so I texted them instead. It took a bit to get the most basic information, like time and confirmation they had a female masseuse, as the appointment was for my wife, on her birthday. Finally it was all confirmed for 2 hours later, at 4:15. But when we got there, there were two women ahead of us that told the employee they had a 4:10 appointment. We noticed they were having issues getting set up and the employee had to call their manager. The manager wanted to talk to me. She went on to tell me that I had not confirmed in time. What? I had confirmation from her, in texts, and confirmation my wife would be provided a female worker. But the manager said it was my fault. How I asked, we were confirmed, you can see this in the texts. She got rude. My wife finally looked at me and said: "Darling, this was sweet of you. But ..." She came closer and quietly said, "Breath deep. To calm down, but also do you smell that? Something smells horrible." I took a breath and yes, something was not as it should be. I wanted my wife to have a relaxing birthday. Instead, they amped up her anxiety. We left. There was also some weird guy standing there looking at the women. Maybe he is a masseur, I don't know. But his gawking made my wife uncomfortable to undress with him walking all around. Also, the entrance was cluttered and dusty. Felt more like a storeroom with a couple of chairs. UPDATE: Some hours later, presumably after she saw this post, I get a text from the manager that literally starts off with: "Hey, sorry for the late reply babe. " I have never met this person. Let alone do I allow anyone but my wife to call me "babe". That was followed by - I kid you not - 6 more texts. This operation is a total shit-show.

Rooms were clean, towels were Downey fresh and the owner was extremely personable and kind. The massage was great but I don't think my hair has ever been shampooed so long. We had made an appointment and the lady at the front called to remind us while we were on our way. The place was very clean, well kept, and smelled great. I think the prices are very reasonable. I love that they asked us our preference of the masseuses gender as well as if we wanted to be together or not. The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol. That assist the rest of my massage was good and I left feeling very relaxed.

I'm honestly confused by all of the positive reviews because our experience was completely…read moredifferent. We booked a 45-minute foot massage, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. There was barely any pressure at all, to the point where I could hardly even feel the massage. On top of that, about 75% of the time was spent massaging my legs rather than my feet, which was frustrating considering we specifically came for a foot massage. The biggest issue was that the massage definitely did not last the full 45 minutes that we paid for. Between the lack of pressure, very little time actually spent on the feet, and being shorted on the time, I left feeling like it was a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this place based on our experience.
