I got ahold of Dave after seeing a few posts on Facebook, regarding some work that Platinum Outdoor Concepts had completed. Dave came out to the facility and was very knowledgeable and honest. Dave explained that not all of the fence posts needed replacing and some were still in good condition, which saved the company money. Dave came back with a very competitive bid and had a crew start on the fence, a few days later. The job was completed, in a timely manner, well organized pertaining to communication and logistics, with efficiency, and the end product surpassed expectations. I saw another review stating, "...you couldn't even tell they were there!" This is spot on but if you needed to get ahold of Dave, he responded immediately. The crew was professional, hardworking and easy to talk to. If you need a new fence, don't waste your time researching and comparing bids... contact Platinum Outdoor Concepts and ask for Dave Woodring. I ONLY recommend, Platinum Outdoor Concepts.

He had the young man take a pictures send them him, Dave call me and tell me it looks beautiful, well, finally, I pick up a shovel and went out worked with the guys for a few days, i am in lol the pic working and paying this company, for three days, breaking my back after that, I was having a party and had no time, when they left the job, they left a bunch of trash in the street. I had to go out and pick it up, when they did the side of the house, I drew a line we're I wanted the bricks line up, well the guy did the opposite. He built it the way he liked it, so the older gentleman had to come back took it all down and redo it again., Story short, i been true hell I can not have enough room to write the rest of the story. I will not recommend this to my worst enemy. This company is terrible. I got yelled at by Dave. I got called a scammer every day telling me that I was looking not to pay the bill, i call him to come out and look at the job and make it right well what a disaster, he never come to the job sight, then I was told many times I was a scammer looking not to pay the bill, then I was told by the guys they get paid cash only so obviously he's got no Workmen's Comp. and no insurance, never again, I will never give cash or deposit to a company I hire, after trusting him I don't recommend him do you self a favor don't use this company.

He took the time to make sure all of the old rose bushes were removed not leaving any roots that might come back. He also replaced an azalea bush that had died and added new soil around it to help it grow. We also had him extend our sump pump drainage pipe in our yard. He took the time to ensure everything was done properly, especially since he ran into irrigation lines in the process. He took the time to move several components in the irrigation lines so it wouldn't interfere with the new drainage line he was running. He brought in new soil and placed it around the extended line since the existing soil was very muddy and over saturated with water. My neighbor used him to also extend their buried drainage lines for the gutters as well as build a fire pit on their patio. Justin did an excellent job for them as well. I would highly recommend using Under the Sun KC and will definitely be using him for all of our future landscaping needs!

My husband called them the day we bought the coupon expecting that we'd probably have someone come by within a few weeks, but by the end of the evening, we had a written estimate for everything we wanted done and the price was incredibly reasonable. For our $400 coupon and an additional $500, they trimmed several trees that were near lines going into the house or were touching or almost touching the house and hauled off the branches, hauled off a bunch of other branches that were piled up on our property, cut down a very big mature tree that was dying and hauled it off. Additionally, they have agreed to grind out multiple stumps, although that will be done at a later date. But aside from the stump grinding, all of the work was done within 24 hours of us contacting them. From start to nearly finished, they have been professional, expedient and have done quality work.
