My husband needed repairs on his bike. I took the bike to these folks and they fixed it the same day! Even unloaded the bike from my car. Helpful, efficient and great customer service. read more

I dropped in to get some help with service on an older bike. I was very surprised at the general willingness to help and to think through some of the puzzles an old bike always brings. Tristan was the tech that helped me. You might look him up. He's back by the service department. read more

Greg and Carmen are the real deal; passionate entrepreneurs who put the customer first! Wish I lived closer but I will still tell everyone to just go say hi if you are in Eastern WA; even if you don't need anything for your bike. I was visiting from out of town for a 3-day bike tour and had catastrophic mechanical issues on day one. Greg and Justin (one of the mechanics) went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They even took a new bike off the showroom floor to scavenge parts that would otherwise need to be ordered! When it became apparent my bike was unsafe to repair, Greg stepped in without missing a beat - he loaned me his personal bike. Who does that?! This family! He saved the day (tour) big time! While I don't need a new bike anytime soon, when I do, I owe these guys my business; and you will be thankful if you do the same! read more

Awesome bike shop for the area! They will answer any + all questions you might have about their bikes. They also have a used bike section, lots of cycling apparel/gear, + a full service maintenance shop! Couldn't ask for more. read more

I bought a used trainer off the internet for winter exercise indoors. My intention was to mount my used Canondale on it. My plan was foiled as the Cannondale has internal gears in the rear hub and would not mate! CYcle central ( Greg and Carmine ) rescued me with a new trek dual sport. I was looking at another bike at another nice shop, but the knowledge and service plus the lack of pressure won me over to CYCLE CENTRAL! As I write this the sun is moving toward saddle rock and It calls me! Bill H read more

I should have put this review years ago. About three years ago I wanted to give bike to a high school student who wanted to do sports but needed some kind of wheels to get to practice and home. I had an old bike. I took it into trek Bicycle Wenatchee and they asked me a few questions and I shared why I was paying for this bike to get back on the road. When they found that I was donating it they did some extra work on it as a donation. I did not ask for that but they surprised me when I went back in to pay. It was awesome! I shared with the student what happened and during that next summer he worked saved money and went back and bought himself a brand new bike from there. It was pretty cool to experience such customer service and then see it come back to them. read more

Friendly folks and great service. Got my daughter a new set of skis. They didn't have bindings, but stayed late to get another set mounted so we could be ready for next days lesson. read more

Cycle Central is a very welcome new addition to the Wenatchee Valley. Greg and Carmen are passionate about bicycles and getting people on them. I went into the shop nervous about bikes as I hadn't been on one in YEARS. Carmen made me feel at home, comfortable and very much at ease despite my apprehension. Cycle Central is committed to getting people on bikes and will take a trade-in on your old bicycle to get you onto a new Trek Bike.. They take those traded in bikes, recondition them and make them available to folks who can't afford an new one. Every Tuesday they lead group rides along the Loop Trail with levels that suit every rider. Like I said, Greg and Carmen want to get you riding. If you need a bicycle anywhere in Central Washington, come to Wenatchee and visit Cycle Central! read more

I love Cycle Central! This was where I purchased my first mountain bike. What sold me was the fact that someone greets you the moment you walk in (no awkward standing around), and the owner, Greg, did not try to upsell me. I came in looking at bikes under a certain amount and was hesitatingly leaning toward one at the top of my budget. He showed me a cheaper one and recommended it as a great starter. He could have made a bigger sale, but he instead helped me choose what was best for me at that time. The one thing I wish is that I had been fitted a little more carefully. I didn't feel quite right on that bike and fit wasn't discussed when I purchased it. My husband later came in and bought one of their used bikes. Since then, I have sold my first bike and upgraded to another and LOVE learning this new sport. Everyone at CC is super friendly and quick to take a look at your bike. Anytime I have a question or need a quick adjustment, they help me out happily and right away. I just really like how nice each and every employee is. Their group rides are a fun way to meet new people and find new trails, too! read more

Just bought my first TREK bike! I had a great customer service experience. Greg was super helpful in picking out right bike for my needs. All the folks working there were super friendly and quick to help. I had to come back right away to get kick stand adjusted and the guys on the floor were really fast to fix it and send me on my way. I would recommend them to anyone looking into biking for first time too. They were really knowledgable about bikes they carried and the area here. Thank you for a wonderful birthday shopping experience! read more

We stopped in because the shop looked really nice from the outside. It was even nicer inside. Displays are spaced well, so you can see a lot without feeling cramped. Two employees asked us if we needed help. They were both really nice and also great with the kids. I would definitely go back if in the area. read more

Great bike purchasing experience! Our salesperson was so very helpful and patient. Went in to the shop to just "kick tires" and see what they had. Walked out with a new bike! We will definitely encourage friends to go there! read more

Best Bike shop in town hands down! My kids went shopping here for me for Christmas. They were treated very well, and sent them out the door with some great stuff! My wife and I have been on Team "S" (huge bike company) for over 15 years. While out for a ride one day, my wife had a minor mechanical issue, being new to the area we stopped into the shop in Wenatchee that "specializes" in our bikes. Well after we were told it would be three days to get her bike back, even though three guys were standing there shooting the breeze, WE WERE OUT FOR A RIDE, we decided to venture across the street to Cycle Central. Turns out to be one of the best moves we've made since moving here! After our experience across the street, it was awesome to walk in the door and be greeted by employees that were happy to see us! Even though we clearly were on the other team, the crew lead us to the mechanic area. They immediately put my wife's bike in the stand and diagnosed the likely problem. They asked us to give them 20-30 minutes and they'd have us back on our ride! Josh even suggested an awesome coffee shop down the street, Mela (check it out too!). A half our later and a minimal service charge, we were out on our bikes! Based on that alone, we had found our new LBS! Several adventures later and new friendships, we have switched from Team "S" to Team Trek and could not be happier! The experience at Cycle Central is awesome! Cycling is supposed to be about having fun and they live it at Cycle Central! The staff is great, they greet you at the door and if you are bringing a bike in, someone will hustle to the door to help. They are knowledgable, be it mountain, road or any type of riding, and friendly. Eric and the shop crew are top notch and it clearly doesn't matter what brand you ride! I have had them service all of our bikes and will continue to use them for all of our service needs. The owners, Carmen and Greg are avid cyclists and lead group rides from the shop every week. Everyone at Cycle Central is passionate about riding and having fun on good bikes! read more

This store is Amazing! Josh and his staff are the most helpful and friendly people. We just purchased two bikes and were thrilled with the level of knowledge everyone in the store has. We checked around on pricing and they were the best and they treated us like we paid full price! The staff was not pushy as we were shopping and answered all our questions. We also receive lifetime gear and break adjustments! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! read more

Took great precautions during social distancing. Pre-scheduling appointment and giving some of my requirements in advance made it go smooth. I did not feel rushed and was able to ask a lot of questions. The bike I purchased was one that I would have probably overlooked. Thanks so much for your help! read more

Cycle Central...what a great store, great inventory, great service, and great people. From the moment you walk in the Store your are welcomed and appreciated. They are interested in helping you discover what is best for you in a bike or product. Their follow up and after purchase service, is over the top. I have been in a lot of bike shops and this is not one of those. No need to go any where else! read more

We drove over from Seattle, because our friends told us about this bike shop. We bought our grandson a Trex bike there. They educated us about all the different features available and helped pick out a special bike for him. Customer service was definitely a priority for them. Great bike shop welcome addition to the valley. Greg and Carmen are great to work with from training tips to nutrition suggestions. Repair shop does a great job, I've had 3 different bikes in getting repaired and tuned all of them are perfect. Wow! Phenomenal, FAST customer service, and EFFICIENT shop service. I came in to make some upgrades to 2 bikes and Greg and his team made it happen while I ran a couple errands. I bought a new bike rack to bring my ancient bike over from Portland. This was going to be my alternative activity while my husband was golfing. Unfortunately I discovered I had a flat tire. I check out Yelp and found this place. The repair person quickly helped me out, recommended a tire liner to protect the tube, had me back in business in 15 minutes and for a very affordable price. Everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly. I love Wenatchee and this bike shop! read more

I'm new to mountain biking. My tires were low on air and when I tried to add some I bent the valve core. I needed some coaching on how to replace the valve core, add sealant to my tubeless tires, and clean and oil the chain. The tech staff (Greg & friends) patiently walked me through everything I needed to know in order to properly maintain my new bike. They cleaned out the old sealant and added new. Very accommodating! Great service!!! read more

Cycle Central is just amazing. Greg and Carmen, the owners, are deeply passionate about every aspect of cycling, from the quality of the product itself to the actual cycling experience, and it shows. They employ cycling experts who are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been with Cycle Central for almost two years now and I will stay with them as long as they are in the valley. Their Re-cycle program helped me get an affordable bike when I was short on funds and it has served me as a commuter ever since, allowing me to save a huge amount of money on transportation. Every experience I have at Cycle Central, be it a tune up or window shopping for my next bike or even just stopping in to say hi is always extremely positive. Thank you Cycle Central! read more

Cycle Central team is the best!! Was visiting Wenatchee, have been admiring the Salsa Marrakesh they have had in their inventory for sometime. The floor team were so easy to work with, not on full time sales mode. But asked the right questions, and answered all of my questions. After I made the purchase the team sent the bike back to the shop for a final tune-up, then even delivered it to my son, who lives in town so he could deliver it to me in Seattle. Will look forward to working with Cycle Central in the future. read more

So I bought a new Trek from Cycle Central for my teenage son's birthday and put it on the bike rack of my car. As I drove home, it popped off the rack just as I went over the bridge to East Wenatchee! I'm so glad it didn't cause a car accident! I called Cycle Central the next day and brought it back to see what they could do to repair the damage. Other than some bad scratches the frame looked OK but both tires were completely warped. But to my disbelief they replaced it with a new bike! Even though it was completely my fault, they went above and beyond with a new bike. Talk about customer service! I'll be back if I ever need another bike even if I move away from the Wenatchee area. read more

SUPERB IN ALL ASPECTS! This is my second review of these fantastic people and shop (see my previous). CONSISTENT FLAWLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT FIVE STAR'S! I cannot *brag* enough about these folks - truly one of a kind operation. From the Owners Greg & Carmen on down the line: Josh & Rochelle (Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle lol) - I just could not think of any more "ON IT" time that I could ask for. Follow up's and always a "CAN DO" attitude - NEVER roadblocks to any customer related issues. I am a true advocate for them when I leave Wenatchee and come back home across the Cascades - THAT'S WHY i continue to come back time and time again. I would ONLY buy my bikes here, and advocate as such to tell others what they are missing out on. Bravo to all at Cycle Central and their new clothing/shoe store in Wenatchee - fabulous! Thank you all, and especially the mechanics who are(in my book) second to none! read more

I've never set foot in this shop, but I can wholeheartedly recommend them for being awesome human beings who provide amazing customer service! My friend and I were visiting from Seattle and cycling on the loop trail on the Columbia from Confluence Park. I got a flat tire just outside the park, and realized I didn't have a spare tube. We had cycled to the park from Cashmere, so loading up the bikes on a car and taking them to a shop wasn't an option. I used Maps to find a nearby cycle shop, and Cycle Central popped up. I inquired about a mobile service, but they don't have one. Wanting to help, the person who answered the phone put Carmen on. It turns out Carmen is one of the kindest, friendliest people there is. She said they couldn't spare anyone from the shop just then to come assist me, so she dispatched her 16 year-old son to the park to change my flat! Amazing. Carmen also wound up coming to the park to say hello and make sure everything was OK. She was riding an ebike, and my friend and I test drove it while her son changed the flat. If I wind up buying one, I will definitely get it from Cycle Central. Super nice, knowledgeable people who go (way!) above and beyond. read more

I contacted Greg about my interest in electric assisted mountain bikes. He and his mountain bike expert Josh provided excellent information about the new technology in ebiking and helped me find the best combination of quality and value in purchasing 2 new Haibikes for my wife and I. It was a great experience from start to finish as their customer service (as well as the other store employees I met with) was the best I've received from any business in recent years. I look forward to being their customer for years to come. Can't say enough about their excellent customer service. Thank you Greg and Josh. read more
