Wish I lived closer but I will still tell everyone to just go say hi if you are in Eastern WA; even if you don't need anything for your bike. I was visiting from out of town for a 3-day bike tour and had catastrophic mechanical issues on day one. Greg and Justin (one of the mechanics) went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They even took a new bike off the showroom floor to scavenge parts that would otherwise need to be ordered! When it became apparent my bike was unsafe to repair, Greg stepped in without missing a beat - he loaned me his personal bike. Who does that?! This family! He saved the day (tour) big time! I bought a used trainer off the internet for winter exercise indoors. My intention was to mount my used Canondale on it. I should have put this review years ago. About three years ago I wanted to give bike to a high school student who wanted to do sports but needed some kind of wheels to get to practice and home. I had an old bike. I took it into trek Bicycle Wenatchee and they asked me a few questions and I shared why I was paying for this bike to get back on the road. When they found that I was donating it they did some extra work on it as a donation. I did not ask for that but they surprised me when I went back in to pay. It was awesome! I shared with the student what happened and during that next summer he worked saved money and went back and bought himself a brand new bike from there. I love Cycle Central! This was where I purchased my first mountain bike. What sold me was the fact that someone greets you the moment you walk in (no awkward standing around), and the owner, Greg, did not try to upsell me. I came in looking at bikes under a certain amount and was hesitatingly leaning toward one at the top of my budget. He showed me a cheaper one and recommended it as a great starter. He could have made a bigger sale, but he instead helped me choose what was best for me at that time. The one thing I wish is that I had been fitted a little more carefully. I didn't feel quite right on that bike and fit wasn't discussed when I purchased it. My husband later came in and bought one of their used bikes. Since then, I have sold my first bike and upgraded to another and LOVE learning this new sport. Everyone at CC is super friendly and quick to take a look at your bike. Anytime I have a question or need a quick adjustment, they help me out happily and right away. I just really like how nice each and every employee is. My wife and I have been on Team "S" (huge bike company) for over 15 years. While out for a ride one day, my wife had a minor mechanical issue, being new to the area we stopped into the shop in Wenatchee that "specializes" in our bikes. Well after we were told it would be three days to get her bike back, even though three guys were standing there shooting the breeze, WE WERE OUT FOR A RIDE, we decided to venture across the street to Cycle Central. Turns out to be one of the best moves we've made since moving here! After our experience across the street, it was awesome to walk in the door and be greeted by employees that were happy to see us! Even though we clearly were on the other team, the crew lead us to the mechanic area. They immediately put my wife's bike in the stand and diagnosed the likely problem. They asked us to give them 20-30 minutes and they'd have us back on our ride! Josh even suggested an awesome coffee shop down the street, Mela (check it out too!). A half our later and a minimal service charge, we were out on our bikes! Based on that alone, we had found our new LBS! Several adventures later and new friendships, we have switched from Team "S" to Team Trek and could not be happier! The experience at Cycle Central is awesome! Cycling is supposed to be about having fun and they live it at Cycle Central! The staff is great, they greet you at the door and if you are bringing a bike in, someone will hustle to the door to help. They are knowledgable, be it mountain, road or any type of riding, and friendly. Eric and the shop crew are top notch and it clearly doesn't matter what brand you ride! I have had them service all of our bikes and will continue to use them for all of our service needs. The owners, Carmen and Greg are avid cyclists and lead group rides from the shop every week. I'm new to mountain biking. My tires were low on air and when I tried to add some I bent the valve core. I needed some coaching on how to replace the valve core, add sealant to my tubeless tires, and clean and oil the chain. The tech staff (Greg & friends) patiently walked me through everything I needed to know in order to properly maintain my new bike. They cleaned out the old sealant and added new. Very accommodating! The floor team were so easy to work with, not on full time sales mode. But asked the right questions, and answered all of my questions. I bought a new bike rack to bring my ancient bike over from Portland. This was going to be my alternative activity while my husband was golfing. Unfortunately I discovered I had a flat tire. I check out Yelp and found this place. The repair person quickly helped me out, recommended a tire liner to protect the tube, had me back in business in 15 minutes and for a very affordable price. So I bought a new Trek from Cycle Central for my teenage son's birthday and put it on the bike rack of my car. As I drove home, it popped off the rack just as I went over the bridge to East Wenatchee! I'm so glad it didn't cause a car accident! I called Cycle Central the next day and brought it back to see what they could do to repair the damage. Other than some bad scratches the frame looked OK but both tires were completely warped. But to my disbelief they replaced it with a new bike! Even though it was completely my fault, they went above and beyond with a new bike. Talk about customer service! I'll be back if I ever need another bike even if I move away from the Wenatchee area. read more

I've never set foot in this shop, but I can wholeheartedly recommend them for being awesome human beings who provide amazing customer service! My friend and I were visiting from Seattle and cycling on the loop trail on the Columbia from Confluence Park. I got a flat tire just outside the park, and realized I didn't have a spare tube. We had cycled to the park from Cashmere, so loading up the bikes on a car and taking them to a shop wasn't an option. I used Maps to find a nearby cycle shop, and Cycle Central popped up. I inquired about a mobile service, but they don't have one. Wanting to help, the person who answered the phone put Carmen on. It turns out Carmen is one of the kindest, friendliest people there is. She said they couldn't spare anyone from the shop just then to come assist me, so she dispatched her 16 year-old son to the park to change my flat! Amazing. Carmen also wound up coming to the park to say hello and make sure everything was OK. She was riding an ebike, and my friend and I test drove it while her son changed the flat. If I wind up buying one, I will definitely get it from Cycle Central. Super nice, knowledgeable people who go (way!) above and beyond. read more
