I had the pleasure and good fortune to work with Andy over the course of week to find my next place to call home. Andy was a font of knowledge and useful advice, all the while being very efficient with the time we spent touring. Andy was able to pivot and schedule new tours multiple times same day adapting to what was and wasn't working in earlier tours. This was especially appreciated with my busy schedule, and allowed us to get in quite a few tours in a short period of time. Andy also helped with the always challenging process of narrowing down options and weighing pros and cons when I had a short list to finalize. Andys evident long industry experience and knowledge was invaluable in helping me find the ideal apartment. If you're looking for perfect new home and you have the opportunity to work with Andy, I'd recommend you do so! read more

Andy did an amazing job taking what mattered to us the most with our new home and curating a list of locations that fit the mold for us to tour. He was extremely adaptable with our schedule and was alongside us at every point of the process until we found a building that was everything we were looking for. Would recommend working with Andy! read more

We worked with Andy to find an apartment for my daughter in Chicago. Andy was very courteous and professional. He spent quite a few hours driving us to several appointments, no easy thing driving in the city. He was very patient and asked the agents lots of questions, to make sure we get what we wanted and the best deal, including any possible discounts. We found the perfect place. It was a pleasure working with Andy, highly recommend him, a true professional. read more

Trejo Real Estate is great, they made my apartment search in Chicago very easy and smooth. They sent me a lot of properties matching my criteria and after narrowing it down to a few options, they made sure to schedule tours according to a schedule that works for me and bring me to them! Definitely recommend. read more

Andy was a pleasure to work with. Straightforward and easy to communicate needs with. Would most definitely recommend.

Andy was really helpful throughout the whole process. All I needed to do was let him know what I was looking for and he handled everything else: finding the apartments, booking the tours, even driving to and parking at each apartment. I ended up signing a lease at one of the places we toured. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely work with Andy again. read more

A year ago I made the mistake of **NOT** working with Andy Trejo after he came highly recommended to me (stupid, I know) and, unsurprisingly, I ended up very unhappy with my broker, my property management company, and Chicago real estate in general. Now, a year later, I feel totally different and it's all thanks to Andy. Andy's a great guy with a lot of great properties. On top of that, he's extremely fast to respond (which is extremely rare from any other broker I've tried to work with and any property management company) and I truly believe that he wants what's best for you, bottom line. Andy helped me find a great apartment in an area I love well within my price range. Andy has access to a lot of units, condos, and properties that I think would be really difficult to schedule showings of, let alone find, without his help. He never tried to pressure me into seeing something I wasn't interested in, which I think is lacking in a lot of brokers. He won't stop until you've found an apartment that you love, either. I made him show me about 20 different units until I found one that I'm thrilled with. I felt that he gave my search as much attention as he would some multi million dollar client. I owe my newfound residential happiness to Andy, and if you're ever in need of a new place to live, I implore you to work with him. You won't regret it. read more

This is going to be lengthy! I could not recommend Andy ENOUGH! I have a crazy schedule & my work hours are weird, he responded to me at my convenience and so promptly! Getting in touch with him was so easy. He answered all of questions so thoroughly as well, I had 100s of them. We toured two different apartments: one I found, one he found. Let me give you first hand experience... TRUST this man!!! The place he found was beautiful, had amazing amenities, & super close to my job. He will find you something within your budget and is 100% looking out for your best interest. He's is so friendly and personable! He definitely made me feel at ease because I had been dealing with so much stress from trying to find an apartment before I found him! He made me feel important every step of the way. Thank you so much Andy! Will 100% be using his services again in the future! read more

I met Andy when I was looking to make an apartment move about two years ago. I ended up not moving, but when it was time to look again this year, I knew he was the man for the job. Andy is the only rental realtor I've ever met who negotiates on behalf of his clients - he truly goes above and beyond and makes the process seamless. For someone like me who is an over-thinker and researcher (and prefers to communicate over text), Andy is perfect. He's very responsive and knows the market incredibly well. I also never ever felt rushed or like I wanted to look at too many options. He also was great at remembering what I was looking for and recommending buildings, which in a saturated market like Chicago saved me a lot of time. In fact, the building I'm planning on moving to was one I was skeptical of going to because it wasn't my ideal location, but turns out it checks all the boxes of my budget, wants, and needs. When I started the apartment hunt, I had fears of it being exhausting and disappointing - like it usually is. But with Andy it was very painless. Can't recommend him enough! read more

I found Andy's Yelp listing while doing a long distance apartment search relocating from South Florida to Chicago. He made the process quick and painless, which was a great relief while preparing to move out of state for school. We kept in contact regularly through texts, emails, and quick phone calls to review the listings he sent me daily, trying to find something to fit my budget and my tastes. Andy knows the area very well and brought my fiance and I to see several listings with other agents and property managers. During a one-day scouting trip we were able to visit four or five rental properties within our budget, and ideal location, and we put in our application the same day. We're looking forward to moving into our new place, with the features and amenities we were looking for, in the part of town we needed to be in. I strongly recommend looking him up if you're a student, young professional, or new family looking to find the right spot in downtown Chicago. read more

BEST GUY IN CHICAGO!!!! He actually made the nightmare of finding a place in the city fun. Oh and did I mention he did it in under a week for me?!? I needed to find a place quickly but also had a lot of criteria for what I wanted. When I reached out to Andy he responded immediately, narrowed my search, and gave me lots of options!!! Once I had narrowed those down he did everything else! Set up the viewings, had everything set and ready to go, and even drove me to see several of the places. Best thing about Andy was he wasn't pushy like other people I have used to find apartments. They want you to sign right away when they show you a place but after a couple viewings he was truly tuned in to what I wanted and was determined to find it for me. Which he did! Not only that but he helped set everything in motion with the lessor and even negotiated things to benefit me. I move into my new place tomorrow and could not be happier! Do not use anyone else in Chicago because Andy is AWESOME and a genuinely great guy!!!! read more

Trejo Properties - Thanks Andy!!!! #iqrealtors - Real Estate Agents Near Me

Andy helped me find the best rental I was looking for in less than half a day. In a short notice he fit me in his weekend viewing schedule and was absolutely efficient and quick to respond unlike many other agents I had tried to contact before with no luck He knows the neighborhoods and lifestyle scenes of different parts of the city very well and can easily match you with the best options. He quickly realized the first place we viewed together was not my favorite, so he recommended another property that I had not planned on viewing beforehand because in my search I had not seen that place listed on any major online services, and I'm so glad he did, because when I saw the place for myself I realized he had not exaggerated a single thing and the place was absolutely gorgeous, my style, and what I was looking for. He is well connected and definitely knows his way into the top level real state of the city, and I absolutely enjoy supporting small private businesses like his. read more

I found Andy through a Facebook marketplace advertisement for a condo. He answered his phone when I called and followed up quickly via text and email. Since I was new to the city I had no idea what I was looking for or where I should live. With some questions about where I worked and what I liked to do he was able to arrange 4 places he thought I would be interested in, and I was. At the end of the day I found my apartment. Quick, easy, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. read more

My experience has been particularly with Andy from iQ. He is awesome to work with, he knows his stuff and he provides so much info. Andy was more a friend than a broker. He took personal interests in finding out the best apts/condos based on our requirement. Me and my fiancee were doing a complete relocation to Chicago and Andy was able to set us up with right properties and people to talk to. We finally ended up getting the apartment we needed because of Andy. I worked with 5 brokers apart from Andy and he was by the far the best among them as he was passionate about his work unlike other people. Just trust him and he will find you the best deals in Chicago. Also, the great thing about him is he responds immediately and always keeps his clients posted via message and e-mail. We had a great time with him and would highly recommend Andy to other people looking for the best apts/condos in the highly competitive chicago market. read more

Andy made finding a new place a breeze! I've worked with quite a few real estate agents since relocating to Chicago (moving for the 3rd time) and Andy was by far the best. He was extremely attentive to what I was looking for and then took the time to show me suitable (!) options, as well as give me helpful insights into the surrounding neighborhood. Andy responds to emails, phone calls and texts, no matter what the hour of the day. This was important to me because my job is hectic and I needed someone who understood and respected that and could work around those parameters. I would highly recommend Andy as someone who will find you a great apartment. When I buy in 12 months time I will definitely be utilizing his services again. read more

Worked with Andy, and he was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. At times, we felt that he was giving a lot of information, but it was genuine, because he wants to male sure we understood and had everything we needed. Andy was extremely helpful in finding a place for me. His response time was immediate, and I found it particularly interesting that he has a relationship with a vast group of property managers in the downtown Chicago area. I definitely recommend acting fast, as the prices only go up during the months of March and April Heading into the summer time. Again, a great experience overall. Thanks Andy! read more

FANTASTIC. I was hesitant to use an apartment locating service because I had been burned in the past. They had taken me to places with holes in the walls and promised me that they "would eventually get patched up." After receiving my online request, Andy from iQ Rentals immediately called me and assured me that he would find me the perfect apartment. He was incredibly thorough on our phone interview which led to an amazing bunch of apartments to look at. After my nit-picking of every apartment, Andy would simply go back to the drawing board and find an apartment that would fit my every must have. He knows the Chicago market, the best apartments, the best locations and the best bang for your buck. I will recommend him to every single friend and cannot say thank you enough for such a great experience during what can be a very stressful time. Thanks, Andy!! read more

Josette ensured that we would be getting the best deal for the apartments. She is bubbly and a fun character, someone you can trust to help you find the perfect apartment. I would highly recommend Josette if you need to relocate in Chicago. read more

I recently relocated from Tampa to Chicago. A long time friend of mine insisted that I work with Andy to help me find my new place. I'm glad I followed her advice. Andy, scores high marks across the board. Communication, Market Awareness, Professionalism, and most importantly the Outcome. Communication: Andy is wired. He is very responsive to TXT messages, emails, and phone calls. We coordinated via email, google hangouts so that we could share computer screens during our initial discussions about my constraints, wants, and needs. Market Awareness: Andy focuses on the rental market. It's obvious. He has an excellent command of the market and gave me confidence that he understood me goals, as a renter and was proactive in educating me about Chicago, a place I visited, but hold little real knowledge of. He worked me through the sticker shock I experience when I encountered the price difference between Tampa and Chicago. Professionalism: I felt Andy went above and beyond. He helped motivate me and drove me to focus on the house hunting efforts. He was always present and focused when he was showing me places. He was always ethical. He was very prompt, courteous, and respectful of all parties involved. Outcome: Andy found me a place, in my budget, with all my requirements and helped guide me to my new neighborhood "West Town" that I'm very happy with. I recommend Andy wholeheartedly for your Aparment/Condo/House rentals needs. I will be contacting him when its time for me to rent my next place... read more

I contacted Andy after reading all of his great reviews on yelp. Needless to say, he did not disappoint. From the moment of first contact through my signing, I had near immediate responses and assistance. He arranged a full day of places to see and was even able to incorporate more places as he better understood what I was looking for. The great relationships that he has with many building mangers and staff also opened up additional opportunities in our search. Overall, he was able to make the entire process relaxed and stress free and helped me to find the place that I loved. I will be sure to recommend his services to everyone I know making a Chicago move and he will be the first one I contact for a future move! read more

My husband and I are relocating from NYC to Chicago for work. Neither of us had ever been to Chicago, we don't have any family in the city, and we didn't know where to start in our search! Andy was such an amazing help. He found us an apartment that checked every box on our wish list. Me and my husband flew into Chicago for a weekend to find an apt. We spent an entire day with Andy, during which we must have seen almost 20 apartments, and after each walk through Andy honed in on what it was that we were looking for until we found something that was just right. Andy has a unique skill of REALLY listening to his clients and understanding what they are looking for in a home. read more

I am currently relocating from northern California to Chicago and found Andy on Yelp. He responded to my email immediately. I explained what I was looking for and provided him with a list of apartments I was interested in. He helped me whittle down my list and educated me on the Chicago rental market. Over 2 days, we visited multiple buildings in my desired neighborhoods - my time was limited as I had to return back to California. He also took the time to drive me around the neighborhoods and pointed out many restaurants, shopping, etc... In those 2 days, I was able to narrow it down to a first and second choice. I was thrilled to find out that I had been approved for my first choice. Overall, I found Andy to be very responsive, easy going and knowledgeable. I was quite stressed out about finding a new home, but with his help, it wasn't difficult at all. I highly recommend Andy! read more

My husband and I are relocating to the Chicago area in a month. I reached out to Andy a few weeks ago with our criteria and he responded quickly, continually kept us up to date with listings and was always available to answer my questions via email. This past weekend, we flew out to Chicago (rather last minute but Andy made sure he had time for us... which was awesome!) and Andy drove us around the city to tour apartments. Throughout our time there he was very helpful and informative, patient with our questions and indecisiveness, and was attentive to what we wanted. By the end of our weekend Andy had found us a perfect place and we could not be happier! All in all a great experience! read more

Andy Trejo came highly recommended to me by my best friend. He is awesome! I started by emailing him one late evening and was surprised that he emailed me back right away. His response time is amazing, and he has so much positive energy it's no wonder! He genuinely cares about his clients and wants your living experience to be wonderful in Chicago. After viewing several properties and units, Andy helped me find an awesome apartment and stay within budget. Even when I changed some of my needs, he was quick on his feet and selected more appropriate properties to show me. He also has great relationships with many of the leasing agents and that helps tremendously. I had appointments to all the places, and he even factored in a coffee break to regroup. He knows his stuff and ensured I got the best deal possible. More importantly, there was no sense of pressure. He wanted to make sure the decision was mine and took me only to places I wanted to see. Andy is down-to-earth, and I can see that he treats all his clients with the same level of care no matter what! If you ever need a broker in Chicago, you would be a fool not to contact Andy! After reading all the fantastic reviews on Yelp, I contacted Andy to get our apartment search started. He responded within an hour! My best friend and I are moving from Texas to Chicago, so you can imagine how stressful a move like that must be. Andy really made our apartment search so, so easy! For two months, we were looking at units online and figuring out what we liked and didn't like. He was in constant contact with us and answered all our questions. When we finally took our trip to Chicago, we met up with Andy. He was so nice, and it was great working with him and learning about the different neighborhoods in the city. He drove us around to look at the different options we had which was really helpful. The last unit we saw was "the one". We came back to Texas and got our lease signed. We will be moving in two months! I can't thank Andy enough for making our move so simple and really being a great person to work with. If you're moving across the state or even somewhere different in Chicago, I highly recommend working with Andy. He's the bomb. Thanks iQ Rentals! read more
