Christopher Price came out and looked at our five trees - one of which is laying on an electrical wire, so time is of the essence. We made a plan to eliminate the danger, plus do a full day of trimming and nutrient injections. He seemed to really care about our trees and we were excited to work with him, even though the scope and the quote were beyond what we had initially planned on spending. What followed was three weeks of unfulfilled promises, excuses, and constant prodding on our part to get communication. We're relatively easygoing, but he committed to doing work for us, and then wouldn't send us a contract or set a date so it was super frustrating. As another reviewer said - if you don't have time for us or don't want to work with us, just let us know that so we don't waste our time. Three weeks later, I now have to start the hunt for a vendor all over again. It shouldn't be this hard to find someone who respects a client's time, especially when that client intends to pay you almost $2,000.

I hired Christian Cut to remove a tree and leave some for me to use in our wood burning fireplace…read more They did a decent job of cutting the tree although I would have preferred it cut a little closer to the ground. The main thing is DON'T pay them till the job is completed. I paid before the job was completed and they never came back to pick up logs and limb debris that was to be done according to contract. I texted Frank Cross, the owner, several times asking if he forgot us and each time he said he was sending someone right then to pick it up. He might have meant it but it feels more like he was dissing me. Finally the city picked it up. I think they might should change the name of their service just to take the name of Christian out of it.
