I emailed them as instructed. I texted back per their email screening instructions. We exchanged text messages. We made an appointment for a few days forward; allowing them the flexibility of all day, at their discretion. No call, no text, no explanation, no-show. They may actually be brilliant tree surgeons. But I have nothing to judge that by, and never will. Not my kind of business ethics. I'll find a service that wants my money.

They gave me peace of mind, knowing those trees are not going to fall on my roof during the spring storms we are having. The men were very skilled in their trade. Their equipment was top notch and handled the workload in a snap. They worked in tight spaces without damaging surrounding structures, cleaned up the site, and left my yard looking much better than when they arrived. They were reasonably priced and while in our neighborhood, picked up a couple other jobs, too. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professionals that can get the job done

The guys all work in unison and they know exactly what they are doing, it was pretty amazing to see how they take a tree apart piece by piece and lower each section safely to the ground. Access was a bit tight at my house and they had to work between some chainlink fence posts but they were very careful not to damage anything. Their pricing was very competitive and I am super happy that I picked them. We have several large trees that need to be topped this fall and these guys will be my first call for sure! I highly recommend Red Woodpecker tree service.

They have now cleared out all but one tree on our property, and that one is all cleaned up and trimmed back and looks great. Do not hesitate to hire them! You will not be disappointed!

Well, the hackberry, they just cut a limb off and said that's what they were contracted to do when I SPECIFICALLY told them I wanted the half completely gone. We wanted the tree taken down before she moved in, and Ben was super flexible working with our schedule since at the time we were living an hour away. Ben from Broadleaf came out, gave us a free estimate for that tree and some other work, and then followed up with us to make sure we had any questions about his quote. His prices were more than fair, especially b/c we'd gotten quotes from 2 other tree companies in the area who were way more expensive and didn't give us that high level of personal service. The day of the job, Ben and another guy came out to the house and worked quickly and efficiently. We were really glad that the same person that gave us the quote (Ben) also did the work, so nothing was lost in translation. The guys removed the huge tree, did some weight reduction on other trees, eliminated cross-branches, etc. Best of all, when they left, it was like they were never there!!!! They cleaned everything up beautifully. I truly can't recommend Broadleaf highly enough.
