There's a document that I signed which agrees to that. After transferring the 2 trees from my side yard to my back yard, Joe claimed that there was a ditch about 5-6 ft deep with a bunch of dead trees and debris near the pile of dead trees in my front yard. He proceeded to say that he needed to charge me another $1500 if I ALSO wanted to get all the trees out of that ditch and have everything burned at the same time. I agreed to this without further research because I just wanted all of these dead trees off my yard. He said he would be back to take care of the trees the following week but he never showed, giving excuses about how we needed a burn permit which I discovered we didn't need one since we lived outside of city limits. I finally managed to get him on the phone while he was "going out of town" and requested for half of the $1500 to be credited towards burning my trees which he has declined. Needless to say, he has also conveniently failed to transfer the rest of the dead tree pile from my front yard to my back yard. As you can see in this picture, majority of the dead pile of trees are still on the ground in my front yard. Thankfully, I've found another tree guy who can burn all these trees for $800-$900, including the dead trees in the ditch. Beware of unethical and shady business tactics of Falling Timbers!! I would rate Falling Timbers a fat "0" if I could!
