I honestly don't think you can beat them. They showed up on time within the window they gave me, got right to work, and cleaned everything up so well it was like they and the tree were never there. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable--I'm simply asking for the money he already agreed to return. My biggest concern is the lack of follow-through and professionalism. I understand that unforeseen equipment issues can happen, but making commitments to a customer and then not following through--and later promising a refund without actually issuing it--has left me very disappointed.

Instead of making a notch and using ropes to pull the tree away from my property, they used a tractor to pull their tree up and out of the ground which was on the property line.
