I feel really bad for Al his dad because he has put so much into his business of his own money. This dude claims to be a godly person but does this to his employees . Rips his employees off (wouldn't settle outside of court) Will betray you over money, Never gives bonuses after usually making 30k especially on bigger jobs when he's not there at all, makes broken promises to his employees so they have to make up for his mistakes (horrible equipment) , Makes his employees work longer to make up for how much they owe, threatens to fire certain people than lets his favorite employees do what they want. I remember a few times I had medical emergency's, in which I couldn't leave due to his friend who plays softball with him they found that more important than my mental health. All the mental health discrimination I have recorded and medical documents, all the injury reports they didn't let me fill out but luckily I went to hospital everytime after something happened which adds up to 50k, not including the other reasons I'm sueing and pressing charges, My lawyer said my chances of losing this case are very slim even if he lawyer up. I'm excited to see them in court also I forgot to mention none of his employees are isa certified. The only one I can think of is the new guy from another company he said he was going to send us to school never did. Anytime I explain my side of story he would call me emotional. But when he gets mad or his dad assaults me it not emotional. He made me feel crazy because I was honest about my addiction unlike the others who work there. I'm not putting this here to ruin his company I'm putting this here so people know what I went through. Was the worst job I've ever worked for. I remember after I got assaulted I made a post about it in the hospital. Instead of the owner asking if I was okay he told me to take it down to protect his buisness he doesn't care about anyone besides himself.
