Called Travis and explained what we needed done. He got back to me quickly with a very reasonable estimate and took care of the problem within a few hours of the call same-day. My Cousin also had questions about some other tree issues in the yard. Travis made some recommendations as to how to proceed and offered to help if needed. I was hoping to remove limb above neighbors side of fence to clear some space over their yard, as well as trim the tree away from the house. Once he got there Travis was kind enough to explain that cutting the limb away would likely hollow that bit out and that I'd probably get the desired result by simply trimming away the branches growing downwards along there. He also mentioned that he could do that and if I wanted more done could always do that after I saw it and decide from there. Very pleased with the results, both of clearing a nice patch away from neighbors side and of trimming back away from the house. Will be using him again!

My neighbors whom were home while the trees were being trimmed/pruned, were in disbelief watching how Dan's staff were destroying 1 one my trees. They had speculating that they were going to take down the whole tree. I was not at home at the time, due to my trust in Dan & his prior work on my property. I was truly in tears upon my return home. Had I known that Dan was not going to be on site for the very expensive work that I had originally agreed to, I would have contracted with another company.
