I honestly don't think you can beat them. They showed up on time within the window they gave me, got right to work, and cleaned everything up so well it was like they and the tree were never there. The whole crew was friendly, efficient, and did an awesome job. I worked with Nick, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I also loved how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Definitely recommend!

Their bid and two others were within $50.00 of each other, the fourth was about $700 dollars higher and for that one I had to fill out a online form of what I needed/wanted, I never seen nor talked to anyone from that company. Point is if you have to fill out three pages of info. And never even speak to a person, don't waste your time. I met with Joe for an estimate he showed up on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my lack of knowledge of tree trimming. He told me if there was anything I seen I wanted removed while they were in the tree they would be more than happy to (provided it wasn't harm to the trees health). They showed up on Memorial Day on time as scheduled, very professional and all the proper gear. They removed several branches as promised per my request, they also cut up put to the side for me some bigger pieces I requested for my fire pit. They were also able to clear branches that were laying on ours and our neighbors power lines without dropping the lines. They started at 7:00 and finished by 10:30 cleaned up mine and the neighbors yards better than the were when they started, hauled away all the brush. I now have two beautiful trees! Over all they were very organized, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Licensed and bonded. Thanks guys, a job well done! See you again in several years.

His quote was far lower than the other 6 quotes I received and better customer service. I had quotes that ranged from $4,000 - $12,000. Yep, you read that right! Matt and 4 crew members came out and cut down 6 large trees, tons of buckthorn, 3 dead lilac bushes and several other small things. Matt also pruned every tree on the property and it looks great! We wanted more sun and he accomplished that! Also, his team had to work in almost freezing rain and snow. The part I liked the best was the clean-up. Matt's team raked up every little stick and blew off any sign that he was even at the property. My backyard had some tire tracks from his machine, but we talked about that before the job was started. My lawn was very soft and it was raining out - this sort of thing was expected. Getting the 6 quotes was a headache and quite frankly annoying. I am happy to have this project completed!!! If I need anything else down in the future I will definitely call Xtreme.

My gardener accessed the area the next day, and they had damaged three of the recent dogwood plantings. Only one could be saved. When I notified Tom at the company he said there was nothing he would do to make it right. Not even an apology. Overall, they were responsive given the urgency of the situation, and I am pleased with the team of men that cut the tree out. His snow removal the winter of 2023-2024 was performed maybe 3 times because of the lack of snow needing removal. I had paid him in advance for the winter snow removal. That was a mistake that I shouldn't have made. Dean told me that he was going to compensate me for my large advance payment for snow removal that became unnecessary by pruning 2 front yard arborvitae and a backyard area arborvitae hedge for free. His performing that work kept being postponed by him. Then after 5 grass cuttings he decided to stop providing services for me claiming we were even up. Of course, we weren't since my arborvitae weren't pruned. Their pruning will have to be performed with another party. So, disappointedly I have lost money using his incomplete services. My mistake was that I trusted Dean. If you should use his services get everything in writing and don't make an advance payment to him. Make payments as the work is performed. Sadly, I can only give him 1 Star.
