They also helped us navigate a tricky situation involving a tree on shared property with a neighbor, and handled it with professionalism and care. I highly recommend Perfect Landscape Tree & Services Inc. for any and all of your tree care needs. They're the best in the business!

The owner, TJ was responsive and got his partner Tom over to access the situation despite the short notice and rainy weather. We agreed on price and they came the next day. However, the hill had been planted the week before trying to stabilize the incline. I notified the team of the plantings. When done, they said they were careful and didn't damage anything. My gardener accessed the area the next day, and they had damaged three of the recent dogwood plantings. Only one could be saved. When I notified Tom at the company he said there was nothing he would do to make it right. Not even an apology. Overall, they were responsive given the urgency of the situation, and I am pleased with the team of men that cut the tree out. They worked together well, they were friendly and knowledgeable to get the job done. I guess a couple of plants are spoils of war.

While I wasn't watching, they removed major healthy large limbs and stripped the tree of its leaves saying, "That's how photosynthesis works." No, it works via the leaves, as we all learned in 6th grade. We were shocked. Neighbors stopped by as they, too, were shocked. Our beautiful, healthy 40 foot tree died soon after. We agreed I would not pay him for killing our tree. I later read trees like this can increase home values by $10,000. To this day, I remain sickened by what happened and wish I would have sued for damages. We wanted twigs/thin dead branches removed in our back yard trees, too. This is a row of trees. Instead he cut them so each tree extended the same length into our yard - something I was not at all interested in. I cannot tell from the other reviews but maybe they used them for tree removal only. They might be good for that.

I honestly don't think you can beat them. They showed up on time within the window they gave me, got right to work, and cleaned everything up so well it was like they and the tree were never there. The whole crew was friendly, efficient, and did an awesome job. I worked with Nick, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I also loved how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Definitely recommend!

He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my lack of knowledge of tree trimming. He told me if there was anything I seen I wanted removed while they were in the tree they would be more than happy to (provided it wasn't harm to the trees health). They showed up on Memorial Day on time as scheduled, very professional and all the proper gear. They removed several branches as promised per my request, they also cut up put to the side for me some bigger pieces I requested for my fire pit. They were also able to clear branches that were laying on ours and our neighbors power lines without dropping the lines. They started at 7:00 and finished by 10:30 cleaned up mine and the neighbors yards better than the were when they started, hauled away all the brush. I now have two beautiful trees! Over all they were very organized, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Licensed and bonded. Thanks guys, a job well done! See you again in several years.
