The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost. He also quoted me a very reasonable fee to remove the tree in case it does not survive the damage. We hired him to trim our 2 trees in the front yard last year, and were very impressed. Bob said the Oak limb needed to be removed during the late fall and it was March 2017 at the time but he promised up and down that he would complete the job since we live in the same neighborhood and his relative Larry B was on the HOA Board.
