I was hoping to remove limb above neighbors side of fence to clear some space over their yard, as well as trim the tree away from the house. Once he got there Travis was kind enough to explain that cutting the limb away would likely hollow that bit out and that I'd probably get the desired result by simply trimming away the branches growing downwards along there. He also mentioned that he could do that and if I wanted more done could always do that after I saw it and decide from there. Very pleased with the results, both of clearing a nice patch away from neighbors side and of trimming back away from the house. Will be using him again!

In fact, a large branch that was being lowered, brushed against the edge of the roof, causing $1,000 in damage. Eli, when I pointed the damage out to him, insisted his workers had not caused it and threatened to leave my property, with all the debris in it. The owner, Mr. E. Pedroza, declined to take responsibility and offered nothing to compensate me for the damage. I saw the accident happen with my own eyes and should have recorded it with my phone.
