Ken was also very responsive to answering all of our questions and concerns after providing the quote, and was able to adjust it to suit our needs. We ended up going with a tree-trimming, and cabling of our large white birch tree. The company did an excellent job, trimming the tree down to protect our roof line, as was our main concern, were respectful of ours and our neighbors property, and did not leave any debris behind.
