The interaction was pleasant and quick--he was very straightforward and communicative. Paulie came through and trimmed the branch for us, promising to come back in the morning to remove the fallen branches. My initial impression was great because he reached out so quickly and was both professional and kind. The service exceeded my expectations! I thought the process would take longer, but from the initial quote to the job being complete, it only took about two hours, and the service was affordable! This was great because a very, VERY strong wind storm passed through, up to 60mph and knocked down several trees around the city. Tree removal services were booked or getting booked fast, so I really appreciated that he made time to stop by and assess the damage so soon. When he got there, he gave me a quote, which was extremely reasonable for the job and had his team out the next day. He sent me pictures of the work after he cleaned everything up (I was not present when they finished) and the yard looked GREAT! Appointment was made, but then a 'no-show.' Finally someone came out to see what needed to be done, and then a quote was sent to me. Unfortunately I had a situation to take care of for about 3 weeks before I was able to reply to their quote (which was higher than I anticipated). Once I reduced the amount of projects that I needed done immediately so that I could lower the quote (I expected a quote per project) and get the work started asap, Jose' said he would call the following week, either Saturday or Sunday (which was Mother's Day). They never sent another quote, and when I asked if he could get back to me prior to Sunday, that's when I never heard back from him. This is not the way to conduct business!
