All had good flavor and a nice finish, and you could not go wrong with any selection (except for us the Minuet). My ONLY negative, the acoustics are awful, the beautiful hall is like a big gym and the acoustics are terrible. A loud table of boisterous folks on the far side/end of the room might as well be sitting at your table. Table conversation is very hard to conduct, Something should be done about the reducing the ambient noise level. Don't hide the beautiful finished walls, but banners, a sound curtains along the ceiling line, something please. A common complaint among the guests. I asked a couple of others, ditto.
