I called multiple times time and because it's The Weeknd NO ONE is available... come Monday I get an email telling me me to check my email AGAIN and finally got the confirmation at 9 am which was to late to drive over an hour to get there from our hotel and be there for 9:30... and we still had a 6 hour drive home so pushing it back wouldn't not have even been an option had they offered, which they didn't even bother.... the response was "we don't do refunds, only give credit for another day". I live 6 HOURS away from ANY of their locations.... so no refund. I filed a dispute, they REJECTED IT ! So they stole my $220 and now I will post this on every page or group they have any association with to keep anyone from making the same mistake I did.... hopefully I'll get my $220 worth of advertising

ZipZone is a great place to go while in the Columbus area. There are roped courses suitable for any…read morelevel, a kids area, and a canopy tour. I've been able to experience all three and I've done almost every course on the ropes course. My favorite activity to do has to be the canopy tour. Two staff members will take you up in the air through five different zip lines. Unlike the rope courses, it has no obstacles you have to complete, you just have to sit back, relax, and enjoy flying through the air on a zip line. I am very afraid of heights but I have to say ZipZone is always a good time. They are very accommodating for people like me and help you feel comfortable above the ground- it's definitely a low pressure environment. Everybody who works here is really kind and tries to connect with you while you're visiting. Overall, ZipZone is a fun place to go while the weather is nice and you're looking for something fun to do.

The guides were Ian and Kyle, they are super smart and helpful. Their patience is what we needed and received. At our age, safety is a big concern. These folks ensure it and restored our confidence. Not an easy task. We are talking seriously of coming back and doing the X tour. We now have another destination for next year. I know it shouldn't be said, so I left it for last. I truly believe Yelp's silly ass policy of no selfies should be changed.
