Tonight (6/02) I had the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business…read more Prior to coming in, I went online (google) and on Facebook to check the hours which stated they closed at 10pm and offered cosmic bowing from 6-10. (Which apparently didn't exist on this particular Saturday night) I walked in at 8:07 with my group of 3 and was greeted by a rude employee stating that due to no one being there they were closing early at 9, so it may not be worth our time to stay. I thought this was weird due to the fact that there were close to 30 bowlers there. After the employee rushed us thru the check in process he joined his group of friends which made up about 15 of the 30 bowlers a couple lanes down. After finishing up around 9 I went to pay for our group. I noticed on the counter, and on the monitor next to our lane, there was an ad that stated "Cosmic Bowling! Saturday from 6-10pm. Rent a lane for only $30 for up to 6 Players for 2 hours!" He stated that our total was $45.xx. I questioned the price by explaining that there is an ad that says that groups can bowl for 2 hours for only $30. He replied by saying "well, you didn't stay the full 2 hours so I can't give you the deal!" And I should "take it up with the owner because she told me to close early." I explained that I would have gladly stayed for the full 2 hours but you decided to close early. This is an attempt for the owner to make it right. If you care about your business, honor your specials. I understand that running businesses are extremely challenging, but you cannot leave your business in the hands of someone who is extremely incapable of running it.

The family who owns it is very nice and very hands on with making it a fun experience. Staff has always been super friendly and they have a wall where your polaroid is placed if you make it through! This is a smaller escape game facility with about 3-4 rooms, all hand-crafted to fit their theme. We have done all of their rooms each rotation, I just wish they rotated the rooms more and that the ones they did change, weren't so close to the same theme. For example, I love their White House one and they had a temple one too but there were 2 - 3 I did here that was escaping an apartment or along those lines. Also it should be noted that these are hand-crafted so they won't be as immersive as some bigger chains - which I didn't have an issue with. I like going here and try to whenever my family is in town. Just wish they had more rooms and more variety!

Rafting family trip…read more We went on a Saturday to canoe. We had two adults and 3 kids in our group. I asked what they would recommend based on the river conditions. I was told we could not fit all 5 of us in the canoe we would need a raft. We decided on the 3 mile trip since it was supposed to take 2 to 3 hours. It only took about an hour. For the price I would recommend taking the 7 mile trip since it was a lot of money for a short period of time.

Had such a great time!…read more Was a little bit chaotic when we first checked in and selected our watercrafts because the lobby area is also the gift shop, would be better if they had some rope and stanchion or system for a line. You have a choice between kayaks, canoes, tubes or a full raft like the one we chose. Once you have selected and paid you wait for a shuttle bus to take you down to the river. We then waited in line to launch our vessels and paddled away. Had such a fun time even with the water levels low in some places. Once we had finished, they helped us out of the water and we were back at the facility. They had all sorts of other activities like a rope course and the price was reasonable. Would definitely like to return on my next visit to Ohio.
