When I bought my house 4 years ago, I purchased a couch, mattress, and dresser. Within just 6 months, the very expensive mattress sank (I'm a small person), and the dresser literally collapsed. After a frustrating month-long back-and-forth, they finally let me exchange the mattress, but only for store credit since they "don't give refunds." The replacement mattress also sagged within a few months, and again I was given store credit. I just had to throw out the dresser I bought here because they never did anything to make it right. I then tried an electric recliner, broken straight out of the box. They replaced it after a week. With more store credit, I got Adirondack chairs, one had a hole that wasn't drilled, and the other had stripped holes. Used up the last of the credit on three wood chairs (after waiting six weeks), and one arrived with a huge chip out of it. This cycle has gone on for 4 years. Every time, something is wrong, and I've since learned from others that my experience isn't unique. Bottom line: Sam's Furniture sells junk. Don't waste your time or money here.

It was at the other store, so she asked them to put it aside with my name on it for pick up. Shirley Davis exemplifies the employees who work at Hobby Lobby. Always going above and beyond for their customers. I found the same at the Rogers store later in the afternoon when I picked up the items that were put aside for me. I love to shop where I feel valued. And I have to say that that experience happens every time I am at Hobby Lobby!
