My wife and I just went to this store and every single thing my wife put in the cart had a 50% off sign next to it. We get to the cash register and they charge us full price for everything. Before I finished my degree and worked retail at GameStop if we screwed up and left a sign up when the promotion was over we had to honor it because the customer always comes first. This employee told us "Corporate makes us put the signs up even if it's not 50% off." Bullsh**. If you think you're getting 50% off at this store think again. My wife is very sad because she loves this store but I will never be back. read more

Shirley Davis, an employee restocking shelves, overheard me and a friend talking about an item and that there was not enough for an event I was preparing for. Politely, she interrupted our conversation and offered to call the neighboring store in Rogers to see if it was available there. Of course, I agreed! It was at the other store, so she asked them to put it aside with my name on it for pick up. Shirley Davis exemplifies the employees who work at Hobby Lobby. Always going above and beyond for their customers. I found the same at the Rogers store later in the afternoon when I picked up the items that were put aside for me. I love to shop where I feel valued. And I have to say that that experience happens every time I am at Hobby Lobby! read more

This place is a one shop all kinda store. It has everything I like looking around here. If your into home decor well this place will have it. I've noticed it has nice rugs n lamps and ect. If your into a hobby like stamp collecting or coin collecting, they have it all. They have a big selection of car models and just about anything that has to do with a hobby you enjoy. read more

Hobby Lobby - First!!!! - Art Supplies Near Me - Springdale, Arkansas

Large store, lots of neat stuff in-stock. One big issue though..... There is always a long line waiting to check out. This location has 8 registers but only 1 is ever open. There is usually at least a couple employees loitering around up front but they are skilled at ignoring the long checkout line and eventually slither away without offering to help out with Customer Service. I would suggest trying the Rogers or Fayetteville location if you insist on shopping Hobby Lobby. read more

Good stuff, they do all the framing for my restaurant. I don't craft or do that type of hobby stuff, the frame dept is really good. a little hint, every other week, framing goes 50% off. So if you go this week and they are not, next week they will. I am pretty sure that that is nationwide. read more

If you place a special order at this location (I can't speak for other locations) my advise is to just not do it as it will be a giant waste of your time and frustrating. They will promise you the items will be ordered and delivered but will not actually have them when you go to pick them up. In fact, they won't even offer to reorder or assist with finding an alternative, and at the very least apologize for not contacting you to give you a heads up that you will not be getting your order at all. I needed these baskets by today (they promised me last Fri so I gave them a few extra days), for a time sensitive work project so this was very disappointing. I'd give them 0 stars for customer service in this instance, but unfortunately you can't do that here. read more

A visit on Friday on my way through to Tulsa was actually a pleasant experience. I had broken away from my wife and daughter and was looking through some items (shelving) and while I was looking, I obviously touched and the unit began to fall from it's pegboard hanger. I caught the item with my leg and immediately tried to hang it back up twice as it kept falling. Not once did the actual shelf fall to the floor but the two metal chicken wire cage slide-outs did hit the floor, no damage. After realizing that the supports were rigged and would actually NOT support the shelf reliably, I set it on the floor against the shelf, even tilting it so that it wouldn't fall over. The two slide-outs that had actually fallen to the floor with no damage, (YES, I did inspect it and was fully willing to pay for it if it had been.) I, being near 50 years old, placed my foot on the top of the basket and slid it up to the edge of the shelf to get it out of the way of customers and carts. I went and found my wife and 17 year old daughter and even brought them back to the item, that had been hung up again, and showed them as I was actually interested in purchasing the item if the wife liked it. - She became interested in another item on the aisle and so we proceeded to the check-out. I noticed a woman standing at the check-outs, staring at me, arms crossed in a very unprofessional manner but really didn't giver her a second thought. I did take note of her nametag (TE LA) - even made a comment about the spelling of the name to my daughter. As my wife and I proceeded to the exit AFTER we purchased and payed $50+ for merchandise, the woman (TE LA) made the comment, "Hop your day gets better!" - I was talking to my wife about her comment and how disrespectful it was when she followed us out to the entrance "Breezeway" and essentially verbally attacked my wife with how her husband was "KICKING" merchandise around the floor and citing the video footage. Obviously my wife and daughter were visibly shaken and felt attacked, I tried responding to this woman (TE LA) and it was apparent that she had no respect and a lack of professionalism as she began raising her voice and making a scene. I simply gathered my family and walked away. I called after we left as I was extremely angry at the way we were treated and more the fact that this woman did not approach me but instead approached my wife who was at a complete loss. I did discover that this woman was the assistant manager and the managers name was Matt. I have allowed myself a few days to calm down before I make the call to the manager. I will be more than happy to review any video footage he has of the situation and will be making a phone call to him (it will be recorded for my own customer service review). I hope that this woman will be dealt with accordingly but am most certainly NOT going to be shopping in this store again. I will be advertising my experience at this store to all of my family and friends in the NW Arkansas area. read more
