In deciding to go with them, Gordon and his crew were outstanding and amazing in their removal of the trees without any fence or deck damage. And, all in one day! Their clean up of all the debris was impeccable, including replacing heavy yard items I had not been able to move out of their way initially. My neighbors even complimented their courtesy, professionalism, and care as they had to clean up a bit of lighter debris that had fallen into their yard. Oh, and they were significantly less in their estimate and final cost than any other company I received estimates from. I highly recommend them for anyone looking at tree removal, and if I ever have a tree issue again I will certainly call upon them.

My neighbor across from me hired them to take down 5 very very large fir trees. The only reason I'm writing this is because one of the larger firs were leaning and aimed towards my house where my children sleep. Once the permit was obtained in lake Oswego climbing monkeys were at my neighbors house PROMPTLY. My neighbor notified me that they would be in front out our houses at 8 am and they were. There was still ice on the ground and heavy winds and rain, climbing monkey still came with their whole crew. They brought wood chopper, crane, 2 trucks to haul and 11 crew members. They were all very kind and helpful, cleaned up our street of all the debris. Removed all the trunks and branches and kept things immensely tidy. When they came back on Saturday even with the high winds and rain they acted professionally and defied physics by cutting the top of the tree having it secured on rope, anchored to the tree and the truck and totally fell avoiding my neighbors house!!!! I was SURE it was going to knick the house, but it completely avoided all damages! Will try to post the video if I can get it from my neighbor. I have never seen a more professional tree removal service than climbing monkeys! HIGHLY recommend them!!!

From start to finish, they made the process incredibly easy and seamless. It started with the estimate. The estimator who came out was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided us with a very fair quote. When I finalized the quote, they easily accommodated my adjustments and scheduled the job. Just a week later, Team 2 arrived to tackle our land - 1/3 of an acre full of dense trees on a steep hillside--an incredibly large and very difficult job--and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The entire crew was professional, pleasant, hardworking, and very thorough. They took care of everything we had discussed, and when the work was finished, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, removing all the debris and leaves and even blowing off our driveway. By the time they left, everything looked fantastic. My husband and I were thrilled with how great it looked. We have used several different tree service companies over the years, and All Around Arbor Tree Service was by far the best experience we have had. The level of service, professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail truly stood out. A huge thank you to Team 2 and All Around Arbor Tree Service for such an outstanding job. I do not know the questions they were waiting on but I was told that if I want the sidewalk fixed I need to tear out the sidewalk first and THEN ask for a root inspection to see if the offending roots can be cut out and if not then a tree removal permit can be filed again. On a separate note: I would advise anyone thinking of planting a street tree in Portland to reconsider due to the long term expense of dealing with the inevitable sidewalk damage and upkeep. That $75 per tree at the time from Friends of Trees has cost me thousands so far and will cost thousands more in concrete repair and is never ending.
