Debra was very knowledgeable and so helpful as she took me around to pick out a perfect selection of plants (three carts worth). They are all planted now and look beautiful! You would think during the last 2 weeks someone would reach out and ask, how's the tree... maybe my picture of things are different in this marble we live on.

I wonder if they wonder why they never get any phone calls or they just like it that way. I was looking for a specific type of ornamental grass for my yard, but I could not find this grass…read moreanywhere so late in the summer. But they had it here! As a matter of fact they had a wide variety of grasses in both one-pound and five-pound sized pots. The lady employee was extremely helpful, she showed me where the grasses were and helped carry them for me. The prices were reasonable and they have a very nice selection of perennials, gorgeous daisy / sunflower type plants. I will be shopping here next spring and summer for sure!

We had an idea of what we wanted and when we arrived, we realized they had an amazing promotion going for some of the trees we were interested in and an amazing selection (their property is huge!) We saved $400-$500 with the promotion and (easily) much more when compared to the other nurseries we visited. Everyone we worked with was patient, informative and we didn't feel pressured at all. She offered to replace some of the roses right there but I had no extra time as this was a gift my daughters birthday. The men that came out were very nice and responsive to what we asked for. Matt had come out in Aug 2025 to give us an estimate, and all these months later the company stayed true to that estimate. The only thing I would advise them to do better is when the estimate and the actual project are months apart, to put it on their books to call folks when it's time to schedule the project. But everything was great. They send the invoice a week later to your email and you pay it online or you can send a check. Easy. Also, I would like to mention that they were less expensive than the outfit who trimmed the tree a couple of years ago, so we were happy about that. We will definitely use them again.

We got the quote and told them we will think about it because we were getting other quotes and never agreed to their services. We were on vacation so someone from their office called saying we were getting service on XYZ day but we didn't get the voicemail until after we got back. We had went with another provider previous to our vacation but some how Matt's Tree Service forced themselves to do services when were were not home and billed us for these services that we were not witnessed to. This is horrible business practice when there was not even a contract in place and their office person puts you on their schedule. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICE.
