They cleaned up 5 yrs of limbs, sticks, vines and leaves in 1 day. We are very happy with their work. He hired an outside person to trim and top 3 large trees in our front yard. We had a few minor issues ie. a bush was slightly damaged, which was really nothing in the scheme of things, but I do feel is worth mentioning. Any damages or mishaps that occured, Mr. Lewis stepped in and fixed the issue immediately. We are so happy with this crew and will definitely have them back to do more work. DON'T USE ARBORCARE. I saw their sign on the road and decided to give them a call to get 1/2 cord…read moreof firewood. The call was answered by someone barely intelligible, who after hearing that I'd like to buy firewood told me to go online for prices and ordering. SO I go to their website and put in an order along with a few questions and my email address so they could contact me back. About a day later I received an email that didn't address my questions, but simply read "phone number?" So, frustrated but still in need of firewood, I email them with my phone number and soon after received a call in which they set up a delivery time for the next day, and I got the chance to get my original questions answered (they take cash only btw). The next day, they arrive on time, take the cash, and dump an amalgamation of soaked through wood, dirt, and gravel directly into my landlord's parking space. All that day and the next we spent carrying heavy, sodden, dirty wood down the hill to stash under the house and found that much of it was not cut to size width-wise, or was very oddly shaped, or was basically still a log. Some pieces looked like they were actually just clumped dirt, while others looked like they had been freshly split that day. We ended up buying an axe and now every day go out to split wet logs, and spend about three hours trying to get every fire started. DO NOT USE ARBORCARE.

I still have a mess in my yard and we are in our 80's and should have recognized a con artist when I saw one but they seemed trustworthy but they stole my money and never came back to finish the work and to repair my patio they tore up and don't know what they did with my picnic table. I don't recommend this company AT ALL. I hope they enjoyed my money. To me, $900 is way more than their word is worth. A bunch of crooks is what this company hires if in fact this is a legitimate company. Want names, ask me!
