Roberto and his crew did an excellent job. I could not be more impressed with their courteous, and professional performance. They trimmed several large maple and oak trees as well as a hemlock and spruce trees (some up to 90 ft tall) which were very close to our home. They were on time and had a large crew 8 or 10 guys that did the work very quickly, efficiently and safely. They were well supervised, Someone was watching the tree climbers while others performed cleanup and ground up the limbs and branches. They also did limbing and trimmed and cut up some of the tree wood which we had requested for firewood. I was impressed with the extra efforts made to cleanup during and after the trimming. They even blew leaves from the yard (which I had not yet done) and left it looking better than it did when they arrived. The price was very fair and in line with other estimates we had received. Just simply amazing! Robert came out the same day we called him to give us an estimate of the several things we needed done (a dead tree cut down and lots of trimming of several trees). He gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was booked for a while and wasn't going to be able to make it out for a while. But my wife was pregnant and about to give birth to our daughter. So Robert said he would make us the priority if someone canceled. Someone cancelled, and true to his word, Robert and his team showed up before our daughter. This was a huge relief to us so that we didn't have to be worried about the tree issues while at the hospital or at home with a newborn trying to sleep and having a lot of noise from trees being cut down and trimmed. Amazing! Robert gave very fair estimate for huge dead tree growing out of 3 level deck threatening house and deck. Arrived next day with crew very professional, polite. What amazed me most he allowed me to call his insurance company to verify coverage. Had climber limb and then section tree into manageable pieces all crew members wearing appropriate safety gear and climber had usual climbing gear and safety rope. Tree down within an hour no damage to deck or house. My family cheered and clapped with tree was down. I had to hug Robert and his crew. They saved our house.
