They cleaned up 5 yrs of limbs, sticks, vines and leaves in 1 day. We are very happy with their work. He hired an outside person to trim and top 3 large trees in our front yard. We had a few minor issues ie. a bush was slightly damaged, which was really nothing in the scheme of things, but I do feel is worth mentioning. Any damages or mishaps that occured, Mr. Lewis stepped in and fixed the issue immediately. We are so happy with this crew and will definitely have them back to do more work. I worked with Chad Miller and his family to clear the front acre of our two-acre lot, then…read morerough-grade it. They then cleared the pad for the foundation, installed the footing drains, and crushed stone to support the installation of a Superior Walls foundation 45' by 36' deep. After the subflooring and house were installed on the foundation, we brought the Miller team back to final grade the driveway, backfill the house, install the septic, and provide the holes for the front porch footings via concrete columns. Along the way, Chad and his family provided references for plumbers, electricians, and other service providers. Everything worked out great. I really like how they show up on time every day. I also like how they make sure the work area is swept and clean before they leave each day. Todd communicates very well with us and lets us know what's happening and when. The quality of work is very, very good and Todd is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
