They cleaned up debris from former projects and cut down vines and small trees/shrubs in the yard. His entire family was spot on and fast. They cleaned up 5 yrs of limbs, sticks, vines and leaves in 1 day. We are very happy with their work. He hired an outside person to trim and top 3 large trees in our front yard. We had a few minor issues ie. a bush was slightly damaged, which was really nothing in the scheme of things, but I do feel is worth mentioning. Any damages or mishaps that occured, Mr. Lewis stepped in and fixed the issue immediately. We are so happy with this crew and will definitely have them back to do more work. Highly recommended Lewis Arborcare they gave us a piece of our property that we have not used since we bought the property. And the price was amazing, he quoted a lower price than anyone else. We highly recommend Lewis Arborcare if you need your property cleaned up, they are fast, precise and go above and beyond to make you happy! Thank you Mr. Lewis and your crew.

After working 1 day they asked for $900 to get some kind of equipment. The woman with him said to make the check out to her that he worked for her and she handled the money. Stupid me, against my better judgement, I gave them a check for $900 and they never came back to finish the work. I still have a mess in my yard and we are in our 80's and should have recognized a con artist when I saw one but they seemed trustworthy but they stole my money and never came back to finish the work and to repair my patio they tore up and don't know what they did with my picnic table. I don't recommend this company AT ALL. I hope they enjoyed my money. To me, $900 is way more than their word is worth. A bunch of crooks is what this company hires if in fact this is a legitimate company. Want names, ask me!

He gave us a price and pointed out extra things as well as I was adamant on taking out a large dead branch above our shed and behind our home on the property line was all to be cleaned up after we went back to Florida. It took him a while to get back and finish and then he gave us a huge bill and said he was done. We reluctantly paid it but there was a lot to remove. We were in Florida and had friends come by. They sent me pics which I forwarded to Salvadore and he said he would take care of us when we got back to NC. All the brush was pushed to the property line and the trees and root balls behind our kitchen were left there in such a mess!!!! The branch above the shed is dangerous and there were other trees he said were coming down and that is why the cost went up and they are still there!!!! Ugh!!!! We have been calling him for 2 weeks to no answer back. Very disappointed in how he took our money and didn't do the whole job and won't return our call. We also had a lot of landscaping planned for the area and I was excited about working with them but obviously he got paid and was done in his eyes. Very upsetting!!!! Make sure he does the work before you pay him. We have never been so blindsided by someone we really trusted to do us a good job and over paid his original quote to find out he didn't do the items that were really important and just left us high and dry!!!! So sad and I hope you call us Salvadore. This is a bad business move and not the way to treat good customers!

He and his crew worked less than 6 hours the first day and said he was done. When we asked what about the rest of the removal, he wanted to roll it into woods and asked for more money. Then he promised to come back and complete the job, but was a no show for a week! Then he came back 7 days later without telling us ahead of time even though we asked him to, and ran heavy equipment over the septic system tearing up the yard. He was there about 2 hours. We had to haul off many trailer loads of trees and debris. We offered to pay him $7000 because of all the work we had to do, and now he's threatening to sue us!!!! He will not admit his failures. He just wants the money for the work we had to finish. Altogether he worked about 8 hours on a job that should have taken him 2-3 full workdays. There was also a 15% off all services discount listed on his website that Salvador never offered us.
