We've been bringing our humans here since 2017 (yes, we bring them), and it's always the best outing. The staff? AMAZING. They greet us like long-lost friends every single time and somehow always know how to scratch behind our ears just right. We get our Fromm's dog food here (yum!) and the baked treats are fantastic -- peanut butter, pumpkin, crunchy, soft... doesn't matter, we'll take one of each. We also love that our humans get to support a local business while spoiling us. It's a win-win: they feel good, and we get snacks. If I had a dog, there would be so many options for food, beds, treats, accessories, grooming, and more but for cat people the options are significantly more slim. read more

In our house we celebrate, "Gotcha Day" (adoption day) and actual birthday. Yes, my dogs are spoiled. However, I was a day late celebrating my boys, gotcha day. Since I was in the CWE, I stopped by Treats Unleashed to pick-up a Gotcha Bone for my Prince and Princess to share. My luck, they did not have one pre-made. The girls did offer to make me one, but I did not want to wait. Normally I would have, but I was on a time schedule. In place of a, Gotcha cookie I just improvised and bought two champagne glass cookies for the celebration. I also, got a couple of football helmets cookies for Super Bowl Sunday and special cookies for Valentine's Day. Took my dogs there for there grooming session, since my regular groomer quit at the place I used to go. They went in smelly and scruffy and came out looking adorable in their donut scarfs! I will def be taking them there again for their regular grooms. Groomer did exactly what I asked and was great and welcoming with my babies! As a dog supply/treat shop, this place is great. The treats are adorable and have a lot of variety. They have a good toy selection. Great coupons . My pup enjoys the blueberry treats the most. They have a good selection of my favorite dog toy brand, West Paw. Staff is always friendly and it smells great in there. As for grooming services, I was not so satisfied. Services are very expensive for what they include. Staff was good with my dog but it was $75 +tip for a regular bath and dry. My dog's fur was still damp when we left. The next time I come back, I will have to bring Daisy Mae with me. She would love this store. Also, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need it for your fur baby, it looks like they have it. Stuffed toys, leashes, baked goods and even different types of cheweze to purchase. We bought Daisy a duck foot that she gobbled down. Our recent experience is one that all potential customers should be aware of. Our pup was in for his routine groom when the groomer cut a large chunk (about the size of a quarter) off his little ear. We were shocked to learn Treats Unleashed did not have an emergency protocol in place nor did they have means to stop the bleeding on site. Our pup was taken to the emergency vet where we spent several hours until the bleeding was under control. The timing (although never good) could not have been worse. We were leaving that same day on vacation (our pups were coming with). We went ahead with our travels as the expense had already been incurred but lost out on much of what we had paid for (due to the 24/7 medical attention our dog needed the first few days). After frequenting Treats Unleashed for all of our grooming services for many years, we were appalled to learn they (owner Ian) was only willing to offer a $100 store credit. Their actions are disgraceful! Beware!! read more

Best smelling pet store I've ever been in. The place smells heavenly, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always leave tempted to go to a bakery for humans so I can score some treats for myself too. The awesome employee gave me a sample of one of their treats for my kitty. I don't recall the exact name, but it was a whitefish flavor. I was so excited that there was a fresh-baked treat for cats, not just dogs! I literally just got home and gave it to my cat to try. The staff are friendly and spoil your dog rotten with a giant treat every time, and eventually you'll have no choice but to be dragged here on every walk. And there's that giant table of cookies laid out for your dog to sniff and try to lick or swipe, and you inevitably get it for them because you just want them to be happy, dammit :/ This is truly the pet store for cwe, where people who are not us can come and spend more on pet food and a cake for their dog's birthday than I do on people food. They carry at least one version of most essentials for dogs and cats, so you could in theory do all your pet shopping here, especially in a pinch. The selection is obv not as varied, but the treats and toys and food sections are pretty stocked. I've come to trust their food stuff, because all the items I've looked up online from here have come back positive - nothing with random fillers or anything, or crazy internet warnings against. There's also a self wash for $16 all equipment and supplies provided, but I haven't used it. I still get my dog food from Costco and grooming from wolfgang's, but for treats and small essentials in between, it's so convenient to swing by and pick a few items up. read more

Tom is extremely knowledgeable and sooo nice and helpful. He goes above and beyond, truly!!! I have known Tom since I started frequenting Treats Unleashed, so it has been a few years. Tom is honestly an asset and value to this company because I have seen many employee changes and not all of their employees practice their customer service mantra and value you as a consumer. Tom comes up with cool events and creations for the babies. If you have an issue at another location he will assist you in resolving the problem. He truly makes Treats Unleashed an enjoyable visit. This location has a lot to offer in terms of variety compared to other locations which I love!!! Reeses and I love the staff at Treats Unleashed on Euclid Avenue. They are all so friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked with lots of options in dog food, treats, toys, harnesses and much more. The staff is also really helpful in ordering advanced levels of toys not stocked in the store, taking only a few days to be delivered. Reeses loves her weekly pampered grooming time with Paige. This place is a great place I go to get dog treats and I've tried the wash your pet station. I love how friendly everyone is at all the locations every time I walk in the door, never a bad experience. They are a little pricey but I'm on their email list so they send you monthly coupons which is awesome. I liked the wash your pet station, a little hard to get a bigger dog on the sink but once there everything else was good, they had a sensitive skin soap and all sorts of tools and stuff to make it as easy as they could. It gave me a new respect for our groomer that's for sure. Oreo loves the dog treats and I like to looks of all the different designs from poptarts to sandcastles. read more

My dog adores this store. She walks in and everyone treats her like a national treasure. She gets love and always a free treat. The self-groom stations are wonderful! In the summer we walk her over, bathe her, and walk her home so she dries in the process. The prices are a little expensive at times so we don't get her regular dog food here but she loves the treats. They make adorable frosted hand made dog cookies that make great gifts for friends with dogs. They always have ones for the latest holiday or season. They also have a trail mix type cluster called the grrnola that is actually quite tasty for humans as well. Kaldis is even rumored to have gotten the idea for their trail mix cluster from here. They also have a groomer available at certain times for either full services or for things like anal glands and nail trims. I really like this place! read more
