Maybe this is our ignorance - but this location refused to take our $100 bill because it was "the old version". We were told that they do accept cash & new $100 bills, but it's store policy to refuse old bills because they are "easily replicated". The money was never taken out of our hands, and we asked if they had a pen to check the bill like any other place. They said yes but still refused to take it. We were sort of taken aback. I have never heard of this and I've never been told this anywhere else read more

Friendly service and quality dog treats! My doggos love love love all of their fresh baked treats.

First of all the groomers there are EXCELLENT! Especially Lara M. She treats our dogs with love and kindness. The dogs are happy with her and love coming to your store. read more

My groomer Lisa is an absolute gem! She always makes my dog look absolutely amazing and I can tell that he feels so comfortable with her! The grooming is absolutely worth the price here and I love that it is a smaller set up than my previous dog groomers set up. Mac always comes out smelling amazing and looking great! read more

This location gets a three star review simply because they are not welcoming as other locations. When a standard has been set, a difference is quite noticeable. Once I asked for assistance, I did receive it and she was pleasant. I'm just accustomed to being asked upon entry. For clarification, the location was not busy. read more

We've all seen the television commercial where the dog goes crazy for Beggin Strips as a treat. That is my dogs react to the treats from Treats Unleashed. They especially go crazy for the Soft Bites in Peanut Butter. TU understands dogs with allergies, and doesn't want them to be denied flavorful treats, so they also offer their Soft Bites in a Wheat Free version. In addition to the Soft Bites, TU offers other amazing treats cut out in various shapes, designs and decorated with dog friendly icing making them almost to pretty to eat. What ever the season, holiday or celebration may be, TU always seems to have the perfect cookie for the good dog in your pack. They may have become popular for their dog cookies, but their staff is also very knowledgeable on all the different brands and type of high quality foods. Let them know what your dogs dietary and health needs are and they can assist you in finding the perfect food. Let's not forget the fashion forward canines. At TU they'll be able to find a wide selection of collars and leashes to make their owners proud when they are out for their daily stroll. The toy selection also seems to be endless and containing everything from plush toys to the ones that can not be destroyed. If my dogs had their way, they'd spend all of their allowance at TU. read more

Friendly service, with lots of fun choices of in-house baked dog treats with wholesome ingredients. A lot of my dog mom and dad friends order their pup's birthday cakes from Treats Unleashed and love them! I think it's such a wonderful option to give clients the ability to order a custom cake for their dogs, especially if they have dietary restrictions. My pups LOVED the 4-leaf clover and Blues note dog cookies I picked up for them yesterday. Tail-wagging goodness! I'm excited to see how they like the hamburger bite treats as well. Thanks so much, and my pups and I will be back again soon! read more

I went into the Wildwood store today looking for two new Up Country collars for my dogs and some new, natural chews for them. Two employees there but I could not seem to get greeted or assisted the entire time I was there. My questions about the chews and the sizing of the collars went unanswered and I eventually put all of the items back and left. I get better service--or simply service itself elsewhere and online. Good product is certainly what is desired but customer service can't be nonexistent even if the right items are for sale--very unfortunate. read more

Took my golden retriever here for the self-service wash. Great experience. Everything you need right there in your spa room. The tub has plenty of room, and you just turn a dial for the shampoo of your choice. There's even conditioner! Plenty of towels, a blow dryer, ear cleaning solution, and a few different brushes from which to choose. A refreshing cologne spray for the final touches and you're good to go. They even provide a waterproof apron. The store manager, Stephanie, was very friendly and helpful. For $16, everything is provided. How can you not?! (Oh, and if you want to give your furry friend a treat for good behavior, there are so many cute options!) read more

I love a bakery that caters to my four legged baby!!!! The staff is soooo friendly and helpful. I'm greeted whenever I walk in the door. My baby just celebrated her 12th b-day on Saturday and I ordered her cake from there. I love how they have multiple options of cake sizes and shapes but what got me was the icing. When I saw peanut butter icing I was hooked. I ordered her a 6in paw print cake with peanut butter icing. They decorate the cake to your specification and let me tell you, her cake was incredibly moist and the icing was soooo thick with real peanut butter. OMG!!!!! I love the other items in the store like: the flavored ice creams (peanut butter and bacon and the banana), the Natures Variety raw bites, the low fat fishes, the dehydrated apples, the huge selection of Fromm brand dog food and the wide variety of homemade treats on the table to choose from. read more

Treats Unleashed is a neat little store with several locations in the STL area. We perused in there about a week or so ago and I realized that these are the treats they use at Four Muddy Paws, our go-to spot for doggie goods. I was so excited, we were right at the source!! They have homemade, all natural doggie treats along with the usual dog food, leashes, treats, and supplies. They offer natural and more hard to find brands that PetSmart doesn't carry. Love this little shop! And I bet your dog will too :-) read more

Cat Lovers can find food from $1.08 up, toys (peacock feathers will be a hit with cat $1.00!!) range from simple to interactive and the peacock feather is always a hit for a buck so buy 2. They have raw Primal n freeze dried for Cats!! I love not having to go to a huge store. I did the math and I save more by using mostly raw, freeze dried n can (sometimes dry-they give samples). Cat lost weight n eats a bit less (still happy) but I do use an enzyme for hair balls cuz raw diet food digests a bit slower. read more

Friendly staff! They are always so helpful when I stop by. This one actually isn't the closest to my house but I like the Trader Joe's next door better than the one in Brentwood, so sometimes I make the trek out here or stop if I'm driving to West County. I stopped once with my elderly pom after taking her to a specialist at Veterinary Specialty Services in Ballwin, and the worker really fawned over how cute she was. Maddie says she liked feeling like she had her puppy looks back. They have all the foods that I feed my dogs and cats. Great quality foods here. A bit more pricey than the place I usually go, so I usually buy my bulk foods elsewhere, but I buy cans here for my old gal when I'm coming by. The thing I really love about this place is the TOYS. Two things about the toys set it apart. First, the size. They have a lot of small toys, a much better selection for tiny toy dogs like mine. Second, the quality. I have a chewer. I mean DESTROYER of any toy. Once my dad got her a toy labeled "indestructible." She chewed it until her gums were literally bleeding and I took it away. The toys from here have lasted way longer, and they have some that are without stuffing or have other chew proof qualities. They still don't last forever for my dog but at least they are worth buying! Oh, and the 25% off Yelp check in offer is awesome! Only valid on non-food items. read more

I love everything about Treats Unleashed!! The offerings, the amazingly friendly staff (further proof that animal people are great!),. the bonus for being a frequent barker (which is counter intuitive now that I think of it...frequent barker?!?) and the temptation to eat come of the awesome looking treats... mmm dont do it just dont!! You will love this place as will your pets! read more

The employees are the cat whispers I swear. Who knew cats could have kitty IBS? Well the friendly staff at Treats Unleashed did. After trying countless expensive brands from the big box pet store, we were so happy to find knowledgeable people. They had great suggestions on food, wet and dry, as well as what in our house we have come to call "kitty crack," (unpasteurized goat's milk). Our cats would do anything for the single daily tablespoon of the magic medicine. Sure they now have monkey's on their backs but no more kitty IBS! read more

Such an awesome place for pet lovers! They have such a great selection of fresh made treats and all the best dog food brands available. The people working there are friendly and very helpful. I visited the store for the first time to select some treats for my dog's birthday. When I advised them of the occasion, they told me if I signed up for their free program, the "Frequent Barkers Club", I could take home a Happy Birthday treat for free. The treats were very much appreciated when I arrived home! read more

Something to be said when you walk in and see a big table of fresh baked treats for your picking. Super cute store, lots of goodies for both cats and dogs. Sorry, that's where I stop looking. Treats are really reasonable. $0.79 for a fresh baked treat... Come on that's a good deal. Including a selection of wheat free treats. Don't forget the freezer section either. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program. read more

My mom's dog hasn't been feeling well and I called Treats Unleashed to see if they had a product in stock. Whitney was so helpful. This place has the best customer service you will ever have at a pet food store. Every employee here is friendly and more than willing to help you. They have fresh dog treats that they bake in the store daily. If you feed your dog quality dog food, this is the place to buy it. read more

This is a candy & toy shop for dogs. While they have high-end food, grooming items, their focus is making your dog smile. They have a bunch of cool toys, hand made treats and other luxury items. And the staff here is really nice. The place is kind of small, so only bring your dog in if he/she is controllable. read more

Such a great store for your furry friend! They carry a nice selection of goods, especially their food items. Great brands like Orijen, Evo, Merrick just to name a few. Their treat bar is excellent - very palatable to dogs. My dogs love the peanut butter cups and their wheat free cranberry bites. They have a free reward program as well. Spend so much and you get discounts on your next purchase. They also mail out coupons from time to time for a certain percentage off your next purchase. Always great customer service too! I can't give it the full 5 stars because having lived in other metropolitan areas and what they have to offer, it can lack a few features. For the area, absolutely wonderful! read more

We ordered a small 6-inch birthday cake for our dog (Don't judge!). I was actually really surprised by the quality and neatness of the writing and designs on the cake - it looked really good. You'll get a 25% coupon for checking in through the Yelp App, but it's for non-food items only. Luckily, if you're a first-time customer, you can sign up for their free rewards card and get 25% off of the food purchase. The dog was thrilled, too. After sniffing around the cake for several minutes and probably being terrified that she was going to get in trouble for eating human food, she finally ate some and seemed to love it! read more

Love this place. They are helpful, creative when designing their treats and you can tell they love animals. I purchase their food, but haven't been buying the treats as much lately. My dog doesn't seem to digest them well. Their prices are a bit higher than the chain pet stores, but the service is great and well worth the added cost. read more

After some research about better dog food options for my 3 boys, I wanted to check out Taste of the Wild dog food. I went to Treats Unleashed and the girl who helped me was SO knowledgable about all of the products there. I decided on the roasted venison flavor & she also gave me other flavor samples to take home & try. The new food was a BIG success!! I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Treats Unleashed. My boys are happy, therefore I am too. Switching them to a healthier food has been the best decision. Each year I get a special treat bone that says "Happy Birthday" for them. I ordered a cake here for my dog's first birthday. It was sooo cute!! His birthday is on St. Patrick's Day so they used green icing and sprinkled shamrocks all over it. What a wonderful place! Molly (our dog) thinks it's her "other" home. Chris, Nate and the gang make us feel like we're so welcome. Molly does her own shopping as a lot of the products are at her level and she can pick and choose her treats and toys. The food that Nate recommends has made her coat shine and eyes sparkle. She's a wonderful dog and it's happened because of the attention she gets from Treats Unleashed. they are amazing! i work like 7 days a week and couldn't get in to get my 17 year old Norwegian Elkhound Frosty a cake until last minute. they usually will only take orders at least 24 hours in advance (which is totally understandable) but they made an exception and had it ready the day before they closed for the holiday. it meant so much to us and he loved the cake!
