You can see the entire cookie-making process in front of the kiosk. I am a huge fan of Crumbl cookies. I like their Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies a lot and I often buy them. I also love their Caramel Toffee Butter Cake. Last week, I was able to try their Dubai Chocolate Brownie after a few failed attempts. The brownie was literally so delicious and undoubtedly one of the best Dubai Chocolate products I've tried so far. Unfortunately, the brownie was available only for a week (August 17 - 23). I wish they could continue Dubai Chocolate Brownie for a while! Crumbl is home to one of the best desserts and cookies in town. Their weekly rotating menu features delicious gourmet cookies and desserts at a bit higher price but the taste is worth it without any doubts. The cookies are always warm, fresh and soft. I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. I spent about a minute getting napkins and sauces ready, and when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in.
