New establishment, beautiful ambiance, fast service, the line keeps moving quickly. Cons: It's a pricey ice cream. , not a generous size, the small size is almost about the same as a sample cup. We order 2 smalls, one medium, one regular cone for $35.80. My little boy made a comment, it's over priced and he rather goes to Baskin-Robbins next time. He's very thoughtful and considerate.

We were so surprised and pleased to see they offer a variety of drinks for $3. Shame on me for forgetting to get a picture of that part of the menu but from what I can remember, there was jasmine tea, milk tea, lattes and salted caramel cold brew. We got the salted caramel cold brew, a latte, a halo halo and a ube truffle. Oooh yummy everything was absolutely made to perfection. Getting these types of coffee drinks for under $5 is almost unheard of but I will for sure be back when in Rancho. The cafe is not easy to spot from the parking lot but they do have a sign to lead you there. It looks like a cool place to study or hang out, they have games and a few toys for littles. There is also some seating outside.

8/9/2026 Went there…read moretwice in a few days, so combined the review. First and second time at this location. UPSIDE DOWN HALO HALO (with Ube Ice Cream) Been awhile since I've last tried this dessert and it was so good! Did pay a little extra to substitute vanilla ice cream for ube ice cream and it was worth it! You can't go wrong with the ube shake + ube ice cream + jellies + fruits inside this delicious dessert! It is in a much larger cup too, so this can be shared with two people. UBE CRACK CHEESECAKE The crunchy crust was a bit more coarse and had a shortbread sweetness to it. The ube flavor was there in the cheesecake, but you got that tangy cream cheese flavor too. Moist, creamy and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed it. UBE TRUFFLE This was very sweet. You got the ube cake inside which was like a cake pop, but much softer and creamier. It tasted like the ube, but overly sweet and the outer Oreo crust was sweet too. A little bit of vanilla flavor too. Probably won't order this again, but I will say the aftertaste was of ube and it was a pleasant aftertaste. UBE CRINKLE It tasted like a very soft shortbread cookie, but a bad one. The texture was too soft and it did crumble. The outer crinkle part was very sugary and sweet. I wouldn't reorder this. UBE MONSTER (MINI) Basically what is sounds like, an ube shake. It was good. The Oreo topping did go well with this ube shake. The ube shake is the same ube ice cream. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly and nice, good service overall. AMBIANCE + SEATS Cozy and inviting. Lots of wooden tables and chairs for 4 people. There were outdoor seats too. Decorated with lots of Star Wars paraphernalia all over the cafe. Surprised they didn't play the theme song too. Lol. There's also a small area with games where you can play with friends and family. Bathroom was clean too. SELF-ORDER KIOSK You can order at the front register or order at the kiosk. I ordered at the front register the first time I was here and then ordered via kiosk the second time I was here. Both worked well with no issues. LOCATION + PARKING Adjacent to The NoyPitz Bar& Grill, Right next to Desu Pizza Bite. Hidden inside the courtyard. Lots of parking spaces. Not everything I tried was great here, but will be back for the Upside Down Halo Halo and Ube Crack Cheesecake!

They do give you the option to turn their cookies into sundaes and other amazing creations, so maybe we will try that next time!

We ordered 2 Ferrero Rocher crepes for $12.50 each. They were filled well, almost to the point where the chocolate becomes overwhelming, but you really get your money's worth. The large iced Abuelita latte was 7.50. Flavor was really spot on, exactly like Abuelita chocolate. Would definitely get that again. We also got a medium iced Hawaiian latte (7.00) that was made with coconut milk. That one actually lacked coffee flavor. Couldn't tell there was espresso in it. Overall, I would recommend this place and would love to come back to try some of the other crepes.

We were especially excited because we had heard about this brand while vacationing in Hokkaido not too long ago. Imagine our surprise when we discovered they actually have a location here in the U.S.! We picked up a few different items, and our favorite by far was the Original Rum Raisin Cookie Sandwich. It was incredibly delicate, rich, and absolutely delicious. We only bought a small pack and immediately regretted not getting more. One thing we really appreciated was the free samples. If you're having trouble deciding what to buy, definitely take advantage of them--they make it much easier to find your favorites. We're thrilled that we no longer have to travel all the way to Hokkaido to enjoy these treats, although we're also a little sad because this location is still quite a drive from where we live. If you're a fan of Japanese sweets and pastries, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Parking can be a bit challenging on weekends, so I recommend arriving early before the crowds roll in.

The young man at the register doesn't know if coffee contains diary or not, charges me, then realizes it doesn't have milk, but since he charged me - he added oat milk. My coffee tasted watered down and flavorless. We tried to go back to fix it, but the gentleman adding a cream or soft top did absolutely nothing to save the drinks. Needless to say I didn't drink it, it went straight into the trash can. The young girl working there looked high as a kite. We didn't even bother infiltrating her brain. My hope is that staff making drinks was the issue, they need better training. Sadly, I will not be coming back. I tried to support, but it's a no for me. Back to my SB & DB I go.

Wonderful pastries. Excellent customer service minus the way our order was packed. This would be 5…read morestars except that they do not have proper packaging for to go orders. We drove about 40 minutes to try these tasty treats. We took a cooler bag with frozen gel packs to get it home and they put our cupcakes and pastries in plain brown boxes (like that of in and out burger) that don't account for the height of the treats, so the boxes won't close completely. I asked about it but they had no alternatives. The lady serving us also tried to overload one box. I had to ask her to separate them and they still didn't fit. The end result was that by the time we got home, 3 were smashed, the boxes already had several marks of the treats soaking all the way through. This is specifically why I asked for a proper cupcake/pastries container because otherwise part of the frosting/treat oils are lost in transit making for a bit of a dried out texture by the time you get to try them. (For us, only about 55 minutes) This place is excellent if you plan to eat right away. Sweet Tooth, please fix your packaging for those who come a long ways to see you! and you would be 5 stars all day long.
