I found a beautiful matte black GE Profile with all the extras it was regular $1836, on sale for $1299. Hubby wanted to think, ‍. So we went back three days later, mine was gone!! I was so disappointed. So I'm shopping again. I look at my second and third choice. Disappointment is settling in WHEN I see the exact same GE Profile, except in white!!! I look at the price, it's less than the original matte black!!! I'm sold! Randy explained how great the extended warranty was & that they do a a yearly check after you register your warranty. Bought the three year warranty with the money I saved. I'm super excited. Can't wait to get it installed. Highly recommend! Great appliances, great service, great prices!!!

    WARNING My countertop purchase was horrible....I checked…read morethe box to view slab before fabrication and they failed to call me. They cut it then called me and told me it was ready. When I told them I had checked the box to see the slab first and even had the sales person make a notation in the computer, they more or less said too bad. I then asked them to send pictures of the cut slab. When they did, It had a large gray vain running through it and it looked nothing like the picture of the slab that I ordered from. The picture I ordered from was cream colored with light soft gold veining. I had multiple conversations with Sherry Pennier and she was not the nicest person to deal with. She told me that I would have to buy another slab and have it redone. When I asked her for the number of her supervisor she refused to give it to me. After arguing she finally said she would have the next person up give me a call. Sean Demory was no better. When I asked him for the next person up he said he was it. He refused to give me an email or number of anyone else I could talk to. When I asked him what happened to customers were always right he said no they were not. The sales and design process was smooth, and delivery went fine. Unfortunately, I damaged a handful of the little cam-lock fasteners . When I contacted customer service for replacements, I was quoted $2.50 each for the cam locks and a flat $35 shipping charge regardless of quantity. For perspective: These are tiny zinc cam locks that weigh one ounce for 30 of them. Identical or extremely close generic versions sell on Amazon for $0.35-$0.50 each with free or $6-$8 shipping. USPS Priority Mail for that weight is $7-$9 anywhere in the continental U.S. Paying $35 to ship something that fits in a padded envelope feels predatory, especially when the parts themselves are already marked up 5-7× retail. I asked if they could use standard parcel shipping; I never received a response to my request. I contacted the one of the retail stores and they were going to give me the cam locks out of the inventory they had on hand, they just didn't have the quantity I needed, so they referred me to the customer service department. I ended up buying generic cam locks elsewhere for under $20 shipped and they work perfectly, but it's disappointing that a company that does so many things right makes it this expensive and difficult to get the exact OEM parts. Cabinets To Go - please reconsider your small-parts shipping policy. A $35 minimum on lightweight hardware is driving customers away.

There were none left in stock, so I bought the floor/demo model. The next day, Conn's delivered a non-working, Dead On Arrival refrigerator. It displays an error code indicating that the compressor motor fan does not work. Now Conn's want me to pay $214 more to get a working refrigerator, three days from now. Let me ask you: what does a refrigerator actually do? Hint: IT COOLS THINGS. The object Conn's delivered does NOT cool things. I received an item which is NOT a refrigerator (because it does not cool things). It LOOKS like a refrigerator, and it COSTS as much as a refrigerator, but it's not actually a refrigerator. Conn's wants me to pay $214 more to get an actual refrigerator. To add insult to injury, I spent SIX HOURS and TWELVE PHONE CALLS trying to get the problem fixed. Every time you talk to someone, they have no clue about previous phone calls, so you must start all over from the beginning with a brand-new person, and they keep sending you to different departments to start over. If someone brings you a dead refrigerator, would you pay $214 more to get a working one? The short answer is "NO". The long answer is that Conn's needs to either deliver a working fridge, or refund ALL my money and haul away their non-working boat anchor. DO NOT BUY FROM CONN'S. YOU WILL BE SORRY. I had a miserable experience with Conn's 20 years ago. I decided to give them another try. The sales team was charming and nice, but the bottom line is that they sold me a USELESS HUNK OF METAL and wasted MY ENTIRE DAY and the problem is STILL NOT FIXED and they simply DO NOT CARE. Conn's and I had an agreement for a working refrigerator at a certain price on a certain date. Conn's failed to perform any part of their agreement. Conn's wants me to pay $214 more, to get a working refrigerator several days after the promised date. Well, just NO. It's not the money. It's the principle. AVOID CONN'S. Their name is "CON" for a reason. Lying, uncaring con-artist CROOKS. Update: they issued a full refund (instead of providing a working refrigerator at the agreed-upon sales price.) Of course this only means that Conn's will repair that broken lemon of a fridge, and then foist it off on someone (possibly YOU) as a supposedly "new" unit when it's actually used and refurbished. Buyer Beware. Suggestion for a new corporate motto: "Come Get Conned at Conn's"

I actually went into the office and came home to make sure I'm here in time but they emailed me and they told me that I need to schedule my installation. I'm messaging back saying I already have it scheduled for today. So I ended up talking to a person who is a total care concierge because I get this amazing supposed service now and they said oh yeah, there was a computer glitch, apparently, so they don't have any more of your microwave. So no, that's not what happened, they sold it to somebody else I was like. You know what? But that's okay, just you make it right? Then we're good. This is okay. You, we have these others you can buy, but you got a big difference, cause these are on sale, but they're not as good as the sale I got in addition, they can't deliver it get it to me today for to to finish the installation that I took off for but I can go pick it up in person. Okay, I can do that, but but long as long as it's done today, this is the day I need it. It's like, oh no. No, we can try delivering next week sometime, but no, that's not an option, they have gotten worse.

    I hired Joshua to fix a refrigerator at our rental property in Houston that I manage. I searched…read morethrough Yelp and compared rates, as per my usual technique for finding service providers and Quick Trip Appliance Repair have me the best quote for diagnostics. As with most other repair companies, the diagnostics charge was able to be applied to the total repair. Joshua was able to get out to the rental property promptly. He came during our scheduled window and was able to diagnose the issue and give me an estimate on what the repair would cost. Before calling me, he called around to local parts places and was able to find the part we needed. When we spoke, he said he could come back that same evening to finish the job as our tenant was busy over the next week. Since the property was not my own, I had to clear charges with the owner before proceeding, but the owner did not approve because his home warranty company's co-pay rate was lower than what the repair would have cost. Unfortunately, I had to call Josh back and let him know. Although he was pretty upset, and understandably so, he returned to the rental property to put the fridge back in "working" order and was kind to put tenant. Prior to cancelling the repair, I found their price very fair and the speed of service above par (I have worked with several repair people in the past on my own house and I have never had anyone successfully get a part in the same day), so I can only speak on diagnosis, speed of service, and communication. If we did not have that home warranty I would have happily hired Josh and team to complete the job
