Maybe this particular employee was having a difficult day, but from my observation it seemed just being a little lazy. This location lacked customer service. The girl in front of me was purchasing an item and worked at the airport. I witnessed the worker not give a discount cause her " register was closed". I think whether or not the discount is small the employee is entitled to get it. For me, I asked a simple question if they had an item in stock ( coconut water) The employee said no, and I found it myself. It's just disappointing to see someone represent the store that doesn't care.

She went in and asked about a charger which had no price on it. His response to her was "how much do you want it to be?" She found a half off rack, again with no marked price. She asked again how much this charger was, and he responded she did not want that because it was broken. He continued with personal questions, "are you alone?" "Who are you visiting?" He asked her how old she was and when she responded 17, she thought he would back off. He kept on with nosy and inappropriate questions in addition to creepily staring her up and down. He continued to try to play a game of cat and mouse with her in regards to the charger and finally she just grabbed one and went to pay at the self-checkout. The man walked over, took the charger out of her hand and proceeded to scan it himself... (An attempt to be closer to her.) She hurriedly paid and she left. She immediately called her father and while she was telling him what happened she turned around to see that he was right behind her and had closed the store by pulling the gate down. Her dad and I instructed her to go straight to an employee in the airport and let them know. By this time she was terrified. They got the police involved and we were told that the man would be spoken to, but he had left when he heard My daughter talking to her dad. On top of all of this the $40 charger that she bought did not work. She saved the receipt and the box along with the charger and I have written to corporate bringing their attention to the type of people they have employed and requesting a refund. I have yet to get a response to two emails that I have sent already. I don't care how convenient the store is, whoever they have working there seems to be dangerous. I'm sure that this is not the first or the last time this will happen. Just a warning for any single women or younger people traveling. The one star is only because there is no option for zero stars. Disgusting behavior not to mention selling broken items.

I went in on a Sunday and spoke with a young lady who quoted me $40 - $50 per each bouquet after showing her a photo for inspiration, and $15 - $20 for the groom's boutonniere. I then received a call Monday from James after placing my order confirming pickup details and price was confirmed to be $120.00 plus tax for my pickup the following day, $50 for each bouquet and $20 for the boutonniere plus tax. He also informed me I would have to come in later than the originally planned 8am pickup time, which was not an issue. On Tuesday I reached out to James to ask if I could pickup the order Wednesday before the ceremony, which he said was fine. I again asked to confirm that on pickup morning I would pay $120.00 for the complete order and pick up the celebration lunch bouquet on Sunday morning, he confirmed. Today, when my sister went to pick up the ceremony flowers, she was told it would be $120.00 for today only and another $100 for the celebration lunch bouquet. She spoke with Shannon, supposed manager, who was incredibly unprofessional and walked away as I apologized for any possible confusion and tried to explain the situation on speaker phone and my conversations with the young lady on Sunday and my 2 calls with James earlier this week. Shannon said, as she walked away from the conversation, that we would just leave it at that price and I could pickup the other bouquet on Sunday. Shortly thereafter I received a call from James, yelling at me and essentially threatening that I shouldn't dare come by Sunday and pick up the other bouquet. I have never been spoken to like this by a man a day in my life, and I was certainly not going to start today. I informed James we did not need his order and hung up. Buyer beware of these scammers, never again.
