She came with a treat for my dog Willie to distract him from what was going on . He loved his beef 2. She explained the process with compassion that left me feeling at ease 3. Medical aspect went flawless, and I actually saw a peaceful expression on my dogs face 4. she did not rush me while I was spending my last minutes with my dog. 5. She brought a beautiful basket and her car was decorated beautifully. It made the process feel like an actual funeral reception. They were cherished family members for over 12 years . The time had come that their bodies were failing and their quality of life was diminishing . To do the companionate thing was to put them down at home . It was their domain all their lives . They were surround by their family when it was time to send them home to God . Paws Forever was very helpful with all ours questions . Christine was very helpful and compaionate . Dr Holmsted was the vet who put them down. He explained everything , answered questions , was sympathetic to all our needs , and really cared for us and our babies. I can't say enough about the both of them .....they were great and Nani and Mufasa were fortunate to have them . After they were put down , we had them creamated at Paw Prints Forever. I'd never heard of this company until this May 2023 when we had to euthanize our dog of thirteen…read moreyears. We had a plan in place with our vet, but plans change on a dime for older dogs and the day before we had intended for our vet to take care of things in our home, our pet's condition abruptly changed and our vet suggested we reach out to Paw Prints Forever as she had worked with them before. So we did. We could not have been more grateful with how they handled things. They were able to get a vet out to us that night to care for our beloved Shelby. Amanda was so empathetic and professional from my first tearful phone call to the post care following the procedure to picking up her ashes in Malvern. The vet (who I think may have been the owner I don't recall his name) showed up at the time we agreed upon and handled everything with professionalism, dignity, and grace for Shelby. They had the right tone. The right balance of helpful suggestions and space. The right approach to ending her life. The right approach for the after care to remove her from our home for the final time. It's a sad thing to make this final loving responsible decision for our pets and they were just perfect.

March…read more29th, 2025 my baby Houdini passed away due to a heart attack or possibly a stroke after trying to recover from a bad virus . He was a runt of a litter and was 10days from turning 1yrs old with his siblings and mama . Just when we thought he was getting better from his virus and we were finally over the mountain he started eating and drinking. He passed away at home suddenly. He went to nap and never woke back up. I never dealt with a dog passing away before. Especially one of my own. I couldn't think straight. The veterinarian Hospital placed us in touch with Pet Meadow. They treated us with so much respect, ,compassion , kindness & empathy. They helped with every step and decision. I even had my husband with me in case I was to emotionally upset to make proper decisions. I was very pleased with them. They went above and beyond. Sadly my oldest dog has passed away this morning June 8th, 2025 . Clyde is 15 years old and fought cancer and other health issues. He led a fulfilled life . We rescued him when he was 2 with his mama . He was my first dog ever . A pure Bread Beagle. He gave us so much joy and happiness. I have not stopped crying since he passed away at home this morning . We immediately called Pet Meadow and we are receiving the same awesome treatment as a few months ago . Tomorrow he gets cremated. We all have our own experiences and I'm not trying to put anyone's opinions down during such devastating loss in their life . I'm sad to hear how disappointed you were and wished to see all reviews top 5 stars . My hearts are with you all . No matter good or bad reviews. Grief and loss of a fur-baby is horrible. I called Shawn very early on a Thursday morning trying my best to keep it together and he showed me nothing but kindness and compassion for the loss of my childhood pet. It was bright and clean with comfy seating available. Shawn greeted us and expressed his condolences for my pet. He brought us to a secluded room so we could say our final farewells and was trying to make us smile. He reassured us that our beloved pet would be okay through the process. The cremation went quick and on Friday morning we had our feline family member back home. Cass greeted us and showed us the most amazing paw prints of our cat which reminded us of her adventurous spirit. We got her ashes in a beautiful engraved box and they gave us some of her fur trimmings. I was so beyond touched by their care and attentiveness. I cannot recommend Pet Passages enough during such a heartbreaking time. They are truly incredible and thank you all so much for helping my family during such a difficult time.
