I can't thank them enough. In a time of heartache they were very thoughtful through out the process. It felt special. Gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and made time to be there for me.

Very sensitive and gentle service at a painful moment. It was a very quiet and soft departure for our much loved friend, Jack.

I was offered to stay for cremation in a lounge that was very peaceful, quiet, and tranquil, with candles and dimmed light, with running water wall, pet loss books, and I felt it was a nice and thoughtfully created place for reflection, meditation, and processing pet loss.

Any pet parent will tell you that losing a fur baby is one of the most awful feelings in the world…read more It's a different kind of hurt. Crippling. Crushing. A feeling that you wouldn't wish upon anyone. That's exactly how I felt when I unexpectedly lost my feline son, Osiris, a few weeks ago. I was in total shock, overwhelmed with grief, and didn't know what to do or how to handle the situation. Fortunately, my best friend (who used to work for a veterinary clinic) knew exactly where to take my fur baby where he would be treated with dignity and respect. I requested that he be cremated so that I could scatter his ashes in the place he loved most as a kitten. I also requested an imprint of his paw. What they gave me was so much more. In about three weeks, I received a beautiful blue bag containing a lovely card from the folks at Pet Memorial Services expressing care and sympathy for my loss. A beautiful and moving poem was printed in the card. Within the card, they also enclosed a tuft of his beautiful fur, a small brass plate bearing his name, and a certificate of cremation. His ashes were placed in a lovely hand-carved wooden box, contained within a sealed plastic bag, and housed inside another pretty blue satin bag to ensure that there would be no spillage. They also etched his name into the mold of his paw print. The folks at Pet Memorial Services helped to make an unfathomably difficult situation so much easier and allowed me to give my little one the send-off he deserved. They treated my fur baby with dignity, respect, and care and I simply cannot thank them enough. From the bottom of my heart... Thank you, Pet Memorial Services.

I asked her advice on cremation services because it is February and the ground is frozen. She highly recommended Royal Pet. I called them to explain my situation and I spoke with both Earl and Kathy (the owners). They were extremely professional, patient, and kind answering all of my questions because I was clueless on the process. We made the arrangements and I traveled with my dog to Wilmington. I wanted a private cremation. Earl met us there and took care of everything. I was impressed with how clean and professional the building was. I felt like I was in a scaled down, simpler funeral home for pets. Earl was very helpful and understanding of my "state". I wasn't quite with it. I felt very comfortable hearing how they came to be in this business, going through the ugly, dark process themselves when they lost a beloved animal. They saw a need for a respectful and ethical option. That is truly what they have created with this business. You can just immediately feel that they are going to treat you and your animal's "remains" respectfully. I cannot believe there are no other reviews for this place on here already. If you have the misfortune of needing this type of service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They made such a dark day in my life a bit easier to deal with.

They showed absolutely no compassion and and were horrible to deal with. They promised same day service and I paid for it but early afternoon when I called for pick up-they said they were closed and wouldn't be available. When they finally made time to show up, the man Earl was rude. He became defensive and argumentative. He said he was working at his auto shop down the street and acted as if my pets cremation was an inconvenience for him. I didn't feel comfortable around him. I was devastated and upset but that doesn't give them the right to take advantage of the situation. I noticed that this man and woman actually had an old car and "racing fuel" sitting literally right beside the cremation machine. This can't be safe and I wish I would of never met these individuals. I was trying to cope and deal with a heartbreaking situation- they gave my family and I unnecessary stress and frustration. I miss my buddy every day and every day I can't wait for them to get the Karma they deserve. The county stated they didn't have a valid licence and the facility was not up to code.

She was really awesome about keeping a slow pace and giving easy modifications for almost every pose. Each class she added more poses to the Ashtanga flow. The class size was was small and intimate, so Shari was able to give each of us a lot of personalized attention. She also taught us the opening chant. I have since "graduated" from the Yoga Basics course and started taking Ashtanga Foundations classes in the evenings. The Monday night class with Erica was a little crowded (maybe a dozen yogis), so I felt cramped after my intimate experience with the Yoga Basics course. Erica as a teacher was great (I wasn't used to such a fast pace)! She acknowledged that I was new and paid close attention to my poses. The Sunday evening class with Meredith/Cassie was more intimate with 5 yogis (surprisingly, mostly men). We opened the class with the opening chant and there was enough time to work on some hip opening poses towards the end. I left this class feeling high on life. The studio itself is quaint and homey. The area where you leave your shoes can get a bit crowded between classes. The atmosphere is immediately calming with quiet music, incense, candles, water fountains and an altar. There is a second room for meditation and I'm guessing massage. There are two bathrooms as well. Yoga mats and other accessories are available for purchase on site.
