He explained everything , answered questions , was sympathetic to all our needs , and really cared for us and our babies. Then, out of no where, she just stopped responding to my calls, texts and emails (she was supposed to walk our dog one day and just disappeared). My first instinct was that she was hurt or sick, so I spent several days trying to get in touch with her to make sure she was okay. It was only until I read the other reviews that I realized that this was a theme - Diana would simply just disappear. On top of this, I paid Diana for a number of walks in advance (which I admittedly found a bit odd). Since I wasn't able to contact her, I had to go to Venmo and issue a dispute. They eventually refunded me the money since it was clear she was being paid for services she did not provide. I'm honestly shocked that this woman is running a customer facing business. I feel duped, particularly since I was genuinely worried about her when she first stopped responding. We had great conversation and she was seemingly normal; however, given the fact that she disappears from clients obviously suggests otherwise.
