Dependable, Reliable, Honest, and Price I had contacted a…read morefew companies that install rain gutters to get quotes on replacing the existing ones on my home. The contractor we hired to remodel the interior of our home, Disaster Relief," heard me speak of replacing the gutters and suggested I phone Nathan at Dynamite Gutters. Being very pleased with the work he had been doing on our home, I took his suggestion and phoned Nathan. Nathan was very courteous and professional. I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider. For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe. It's these types of issues the typical homeowner is not aware of or lacks knowledge of and relies on the knowledge and experience of that if a professional. Had we of decided on another company to do the job, we would still be adding to the already caused damage to our foundation, eventually having to do major work to save the home. Just one simple question, yet a very important one. One that had NOTHING to do with Nathan's profit. ONLY having the customer's interest in mind. Thank you Nathan. A job to be proud of.

I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. Explained what looked good and what could have been done differently but was still ok. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos. We then reviewed all the photos and I got a thorough roofing education, much appreciated! I don't know if they normally spend so much time for a free inspection, but regardless, Chris spent an hour with me and the roof and it didn't cost me anything. No sales pitch or request for me to write a review. I wanted to write a review because I wish I had found them instead of the other company I used. I was blown away that they would be so generous when they knew coming in there was likely no immediate financial benefit for them. From everything Chris explained about how detailed they are and how they take photos of every stage of a roofing project, I think anybody would be well off to use this company. Nothing sleazy or pushy, just the kindest down to earth folks trying to do things the right way and provide for their families. Give them a call to have your roof inspected or re

On June 26, 2026 my home was damaged from the hail storm that came through. In the aftermath of…read morethe storm I noticed a lot of rock from the shingles on the ground and in the gutters. I researched roofing companies and I had two companies come to inspect my roof. I contacted my insurance company and opened a claim. They sent a field adjustor over to assess the damage. Later. I learned that my claim would be denied. I was so bummed, but I knew that my roof needed to be replaced. I compared the results of the inspections, experience of each roofer and the quality of products used. I made my decision. I choose to hire Tim Sain, owner of True Roofs.Tim took time to educate me on everything roofs, how their process of roofing would work and the timeline. What really stood out was that everything was transparent, professional and ethical. It is also a benefit that True Roofs will do annual follow up inspections. Tim went above and beyond to work with my insurance company. With 30 years in the business Tim knows how the insurance system works. He took pictures showing the damages, worked with the field adjuster and answered their questions. I also requested that my insurance company reconsidered my claim. I was so pleased when I got a call and an email that they reversed their decision and would cover my claim after all! Tim went to bat for me. Last week True Roofs came to my home. It took the crew 2 days to tear off the old roof and install a new roof. I also had them install new gutters with leaf guards.. I had a problem area with the design above the entry door where water damaged the siding. This company designed a flange that will now keep the water from doing further damage. I highly recommend True Roofs for your roofing needs. I found this company to be honest, ethical and fair. As Tim said, you have a roofer now not just a roof.
