Not only did the lady buy some of our gold jewelry, she gave us great advice on the pieces she was not interested in. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the fact that everything is weighed in front of us and Carrie told us what she was looking at and how she came up with her decisions. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Carrie helped me, taking time with many pieces and asking questions. I felt as if care was being taken of my life laid out in front of her.i had not done this before but knew to let go of any appraised values and sentimental values. I placed a number in my head as to have something to accept the letting go, making it worthwhile to do so. Funny, she said a number so close to that (over actually) that I felt relief. I let go. I didn't know how I would feel parting with jewelry given me eons ago or bought for special occasions, or milestone markers of life lived. But once the dollars were handed to me I shopped just to find out a couple prices of rings in their cases for sale and, to my surprise, yet again, 2 rings were very affordable and fit my finger. Sooo, I bought both for $40 and I am so happy. I had been putting my life on hold for several years now. Today I moved forward. Carrie was terrific to work with.

However after my last interaction over the phone with some gentleman, I will not be spending my money there anymore. Called about some gold grams and was going to buy all the had. Asked him when I come in to buy if he could test a gold piece I had bought previously from somewhere else. He got a very bad attitude with me and was very rude. Even offered to pay for the testing. The nice women working there never had an issue doing this for me beforehand. Seems like a terrible way to treat a frequent paying customer. Plenty of other shops I've been to that are glad to test pieces for me and have cheaper premiums. That man should stay home and let the ladies handle customers.
