*******DONT GO HERE IF YOU EVEN REMOTELY CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWELRY. ********…read moreI brought my engagement here 3 weeks ago to have the band fixed and at least a dozen stones replaced. The first week went by with nothing, so we called. He said the stones were a weird size so he had to order different ones, and it would be ready the following Thursday. That Thursday came around and still 0 COMMUNICATION. We called in again, to hear the same thing. That the stones they ordered were not the right size and they would keep in touch. No word AGAIN so we stopped by on Wednesday to see if it was going to be ready for the next day. They said yes and to come get it tomorrow (today). After 3 weeks of being in their hands, I figured it was going to be perfect. ABSOLUTELY NOT. He DESTROYED my engagement ring. The stones do not match at all, bumpy, THE RING IS CROOKED and bent on the inside. It's the WORST job I've ever seen. We walked right back in and got our money back. But he still didn't admit to his mistakes. Said my ring was a "nightmare" and told my fiance when he was ready to come buy a new ring to come to him. WTF. Now, my engagement ring is absolutely destroyed. I honestly can't believe this. If he KNEW it was not going to turn out right, THEN WHY EVEN ATTEMPT IT? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWERLY. HE WILL DESTROY IT.

I think overall our time together was 1.5 hours and we were a walk-in! His patience and excitement made all the difference! My experience with Alicia and Scott was beyond expectation. From the moment I arrived in their…read morestore they made me feel like their most important customer ever. I brought my wife's engagement ring in for repair. She lost the center stone several years ago. I wanted to fix the ring and maybe incorporate some aspects of our life. I spoke with Alicia for at least 30 minutes. We discussed my wife in detail. Her likes, personality traits. We discussed our family. At the end of the discussion we had a plan in place to upgrade her ring that incorporated pieces of the old ring with aspects of her life. We landed on reusing the stones of the old ring, a new center stone and a new band that holds the 5 birth stones of our family. The end result was beyond my wildest expectations. The ring is stunning. It stands as the perfect representation of our family; The unity of us as husband and wife and the gifts of our children. Quite honestly it is difficult to put into words how much I love this ring. The best part is that my wife loves it more than I do. Go see Alicia and Scott! Don't go to the box stores.
