Remember: Oil is amber and Transmission is dark pink…read more Dropped my 2016 Toyota Sequoia at Treasure Coast for a fluid leak between the vehicle's bell housing and the rear of the engine. When I wiped the fluid, it looked amber-colored, but it had a lot of dirt mixed in it, so my first thought was that the rear main seal was leaking oil; however, it had a very faint color of pink. I thought that if it was the transmission fluid, surely the master technician would identify the fluid before replacing any part, right? I was wrong; he replaced the rear main seal, which wasn't leaking, for $1,600. When I got it home, it was still leaking, but the good news was I could tell it was transmission fluid; the bad news was the 'Master Technician' had repaired a perfectly good part. I contacted Adam Cohen, the service director, who basically said they would repair the rear main seal if it was leaking, but I would be charged full price for any removal and repairs done to the transmission. I put in a complaint with Toyota's headquarters regarding this issue. I then took my vehicle to Earl Stewart Toyota, who identified that the transmission's torque converter and pump seal were both leaking transmission fluid. Earl Stewart Toyota charged me $3,200 for the repairs and a one-year warranty, so I wasted $1,600 at Treasure Coast Toyota. After filing a complaint with Toyota's headquarters and Treasure Coast Toyota, I'm seeking resolution, but I'm definitely not holding my breath. I'll update my review if things change.

I've been casually shopping around for a Jeep. After asking a half a dozen dealerships what they…read morehad in stock and their out the door price I come across this one. My wife has a discount through her employee perks with them so I send an email. I ask specifically not to deal with high pressure sales, or have to come on. Just give me an amount and I'll be in to purchase. They gave me a decent price, but tacked on a 1000 dollar dealer prep fee. ( https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=dealer+prep+fee ) I told them I'd buy it if they knocked off the scam fee, and he told me only his manager could do it, and I'd have to come in and talk to them. I'm a bit insulted they went to the whole 'let me talk to my manager' thing, but the fact they refused to even give me the managers email address pretty much says it all. Don't buy here unless you want a ton of charges added on.

This time the same thing happen and they said I need a engine check for $148. I said YES foolishly and that became the start of my nightmare. They kept my car for four days, I went there everyday and none of them can tell me what happen to my car. The last day I went there (twice) and the service woman Dreama Butcher made an unprofessional, sketch list of the problems. Usually a dealership would provide a very formal checking list for the car but they didnt. Finally I decided to do the break change. She said it would finish in 2 hour. I said OK and come back 5 hours later. HOWEVER!!! when I went back there, my car didn't get any repair, and they parked my car on the edge of the parking lot. I required to get my car back. I dont want to do any service there anymore. They rejected my requirement and detained my car. Only after I paid for the 110$ rental fee (which they should cover as they keep my car for a long time), they let me go. This is a extremely unprofessional, irresponsible dealership!!NEVER GET INTO HERE!!

Be cautious when considering their services. They share a close affiliation with Palm Tree Auto…read moreSales, which initially seemed convenient but has proven to be far from advantageous. My car faced ongoing performance issues, and every time they failed to identify and address the problems. They replaced some components and did not resolve the main issues. It has become evident that their primary focus is on ensuring customers keep returning, rather than delivering satisfactory repairs. This situation has been frustrating and financially burdensome, as I had to cover the expenses for repairs that should have been addressed under the car warranty sold by Palm Tree Auto Sales.

I asked "H" for two years, "FS" for four years, to check the wiring and mounts for loose wire/unit. None of them did, they just replaced it, never even checked the unit, wiring or mounting screws. Each time they charged me (H) 125.00, (FS) 175.00, to " replace" it. However, at Paradise, He listened to me then ran right out there, said I was right the mounting screws were lose, there was nothing wrong with the pump. screws were loose, causing the site to be loose, He tightened it in minutes, I only go there now. They are respectful, honest, fairly priced and I know I'm helping a family, not a corporation. Win win.
