Bada Bing Bada Boom. That's how I felt when I went to Tre Colore. My parents wanted to stop here because they had dined in last year and really enjoyed the food. We came in around lunchtime to grab a couple of slices to eat before we met up with family members. You can't beat their selection of pie's. We went with the tomato, pepperoni, and Mama's special sauce pizza. Cashier was very efficient in taking our order and our pizza came out fast. The VIP of the pizzas we order was by FAR mama's special sauce. The cashier advised it was a little sweeter than most sauces and it was. It's not overly sweet, but jsut enough to get you to lick your fingers. We originally got the slice for my 7yo daughter, however, we all were using our leftover crusts to soak up what remained of her sauce...SO GOOD!

Tre Colore' is tucked into a strip mall along Route 33. They have a lovely dine-in area that I would have loved to sit in if this wasn't COVID season. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and quick with service. I went with the old fashioned tomatoes pie slice and the plain. The old fashioned tomato pie slice was tremendous. The sauce was thick, rich, and full of flavor. Ample oregano was present on top of this slice. The base and crust of the pizza were crunchy and cripsy. The interior of the base was pleasantly fluffy (this is a thicker dough than your standard slice). The old fashioned tomato pie slice was the real winner. The plain slice had a softer base, so I had to fold it to avoid sag. The sauce is good and the cheese had a nice, buttery, salty taste to it. The crust was fluffy and delicious. I really enjoyed the slices from Tre Colore' and would happily stop in again. -@BoroPizzaHunter on Instagram.

Nice little Italian cafe. The calamari fra Diablo over linguine was immense and cooked to perfection. Bring your own wine.

Ever. Parents got the Original with sausage, and they're STILL talking about it; both of them grew up in Northern New Jersey, so they KNOW good pizza when they taste it. This place is just THAT exceptional. Hours are a little odd, but service was spot-on, bathrooms are not handicap accessible and behind the kitchen, but very clean and in good working order. Overall, we all will be back again, when we have the time to make the hike over from Philly!

I finally made the pilgrimage to DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza after bookmarking it for months thanks…read moreto the pizza hype machine himself, Dave Portnoy. Naturally, I walked in expecting a life-changing pizza experience... maybe angels singing... maybe my taste buds ascending to another dimension. What I got instead was a good pie -- just not quite the legendary, internet-breaking experience I had built up in my head. First thing to know: this place is old school. When they sell out, that's it -- game over. We actually had to call in our order hours in advance, so there's a bit of a jumping-through-hoops situation if you want to secure a pie. Also, there's no table service. You order your pie at the counter, grab a table if one's available, and drinks are in that classic see-through fridge where you grab them yourself. Parking is street parking only (no dedicated lot), so be ready to circle a bit. One pro tip: cash is cheaper than credit card here. Now the pizza itself. The cheese had nice blistering and the ingredients tasted fresh. The sauce definitely leans sweet, which I know a lot of people enjoy. Personally, I'm more of a tangy / saltier sauce guy, so the sweetness stood out to me. The dough is where I had mixed feelings. It held together nicely, but felt a little dry for my liking. I also tend to prefer wood or charcoal-fired pizzas because that smoky flavor adds another dimension that I didn't quite get here. Overall verdict: good pizza, just maybe a little overhyped for the score it got. Still worth trying if you're in the area -- just maybe leave the life-altering expectations at the door. Good pie. Just not quite the pizza enlightenment I was promised.

The aroma of fresh-baked bread immediately captures your attention, and it's just as good as it smells--soft inside, with a perfectly crisp crust. The ingredients tasted vibrant and well-prepared, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. The balanced flavors and consistent quality made every bite enjoyable. We started off with bread, wine and oil and garlic dipping. Once we ordered our appetizers, clams in white wine sauce and a chopped Romaine salad with the kitchen sink in it, we jumped in immediately and enjoyed every morsel of both. The waiter took his time retuning, knowing we were not in a rush. We ordered our sausage, broccoli rabe and penne, and eggplant parmigiana and both dishes came out heat hot, just as we requested and were very tasty to the palate. We sat outside and it reminded me of Italy. Overhead lights on the umbrellas along with flowers and plants all around you and soothing music. It was festive and colorful.
