Parts could be my separate responsibility, so I would only have the charges for labor. The relevant information that was conveniently left out is that the labor fee is $170.00 per hour! Upon arrival for my appointment, I was quoted an additional $403.00 for an oil change. Next, they tried to tell me that my engine light was on (it was not, nor has it ever been) and that it would be another $136.00 for a diagnostic. Really?!?! Overall, I was there a little less than 2 hours, so the quote was not really accurate or honest and I am completely dissatisfied with the spiel. I will not be back, and definitely would not recommend this business to any family or acquaintances. Outstanding customer service and true Southern hospitality!…read more I'm visiting Georgia from out of state for work and wanted to stop by Killer Creek Harley-Davidson to pick up a few T-shirts for my son, something I love collecting for him when I travel. I was working about an hour away and realized I might not make it before closing, so I called ahead to ask if there was any chance they could wait for me. To my surprise, they did! JD, the manager, along with Liz and Chrisoula, made the decision to wait for me so I could stop in before heading out of town. I arrived right around closing time, and instead of ever making me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them, they welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. What impressed me most is that this wasn't some huge sale--I was simply a traveler wanting to buy a few T-shirts for my son. They could have easily locked the doors at closing time, but instead they went out of their way to help me. That kind of customer service is rare and absolutely deserves to be recognized. JD even went the extra mile after I mentioned that we had recently moved, gifting me an Ultimate Back Roads Map and some decal cards. Such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful way to welcome someone new to the area. Thank you, JD, Liz, and Chrisoula, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service. You turned what could have been a quick T-shirt stop into one of those little travel experiences I'll genuinely remember. Killer Creek Harley-Davidson is definitely worth the stop!

I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.
