I called Travis Martin Plumbing in a panic. Flushable bathroom wipes had clogged the main toilet in my mother's home. Travis Martin Plumbing provided fair rates and work guarantees. They put a call out to their employees and Scott was at the house that afternoon. He unclogged the toilet, cleaned up the bathroom and kept us informed throughout the process. Scott was polite, considerate and asked if we needed anything else before leaving. We will be calling them for future projects. read more

I would advise against using Travis. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and hired them because it sounded like they'd get things right, and get them done swiftly. He sent in a couple younger guys which were really nice, but they were messy in how they cut into things, there were miscommunications about materials, and the scheduling was inconsistent. Communication consisted mainly of sending invoices, and when I asked to hop on a quick call, I instead got sparse texts. They left materials around and for stuff that they messed up, they had a shoddy way of correcting it, by the time I found those things, I didn't even want to contact them to fix them because it wasn't worth the time or money (which was not cheap, and the project ballooned into double the cost). To say I was dissatisfied would be an understatement. As I'm seeing the signs all over the valley lately, I thought I'd give a fair warning to those that may bite. I rarely write reviews, and in particular, I stay away from negative ones, but this is just not ok. read more

I moved to Boulder Creek a few years ago and just recently needed a plumbing service. I called Travis Plumbing Service. They were pleasant and helpful setting up a service call. The guys that came to my residence also were great and corrected the problem immediately. The fairness in the accompanying charge for service call was beyond acceptable. I would recommend Travis Plumbing to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you guys so much!!! read more

These guys are the gold standard for plumbing in the valley. I've had five guys from TMP in my house the past few days, and they are all extremely courteous and hard working. For any plumbing needs we have, TMP will always be my first call. Thank you Travis, for running such an outstanding business up here in the mtns! read more

Excellent Service!! The guys that work for Travis Martin Plumbing are the BEDT, hard working, always on time, and so respectful. Loved the jobs they have done for me!!! read more

Travis Martin, Katie and the entire team are terrific. They have been our "go to" plumbers for years. They have taken large and small jobs for Camp Krem, including replacing and undergrounding a fire-damaged water across very steep and difficult terrain, repairing and replacing many other fire damaged lines, diagnosing and repairing drain problems, installing a water heater where none existed before , fixing leaks, etc. They have also worked on my home and done a great job. Quick, reliable, friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Travis and his team are the best! They are my go to team for all my plumbing needs! Thank you for your exceptional service and reliability. Your team is always professional and courteous. read more

Travis and his folks were recommended to me by a neighbor after we bought our first home last year. We've used them twice since then and will continue to do so whenever the need arises. They always respond promptly, communicate clearly, show up on time and are really pleasant/easy to interact with. Their rates are fair and they always make sure the job's been done to our satisfaction. Couldn't ask for a better experience. read more

This is the third time I've used them in the last few months. They did a great job scoping out my leech field last month and this time I had a leak on my 4 inch blackwater line going to my septic tank. The job was complicated because there was not a lot of extra line and it was connection to connection fitting. The crew did an amazing job like they always do and had me back up and running and under an hour. While I am massively handy, there's just certain jobs where their experience comes through and makes life really easy. I have zero apprehension on using them for any project in the future. read more

Travis and his crew are amazing! They're consistently expert, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers! I highly recommend them! read more

Travis and the team was fantastic from start to finish! Travis did our walk through and provided an absolutely fair price the his team showed up the next week. Jesse (?) and team were terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable, got things done in no time and even helped with some things not on the list! Highly recommend! read more

Our 20-year-old water heater started leaking on the top, so I called TMP to give us estimates on a new heater and also an instant-on system. We decided on the new water heater and TMP came out on time on the agreed date to install it. Travis and Jose and the Ninja Turtles crew were friendly and efficient. The new heater started dripping that evening, so I texted Travis (who was on vacation) and after a few questions he said Jose would be out first thing in the morning to fix it. He was, and it turned out the relief valve hadn't been tightened properly in the factory...Jose and Emiliano and Marco drained it, put sealer on the threads, tightened it, and refilled it. Not a drip since, thank goodness! The invoice came in email and matched the initial estimate. We highly recommend TMP!! read more

I just had a pair of TMP plumbers just walk in to my home, no knock, no nothing. I asked for information to contact the TMP office and received nothing but excuses. If you don't mind rude plumbers, this is your company. Unfortunately, I will not allow them inside my home. Edited to add on Sept 09, 2020: Should I upload security video of Travis Martin Plumbers attempting to enter my home before having any permission to enter? Or maybe security/audio footage from inside my home, of a Travis Martin Plumber admitting to making an attempt to enter without any permission? Unlike Travis Martin Plumbing's owner, Travis Martin, security footage does not lie. I wouldn't trust anyone from Travis Martin Plumbing after speaking to the owner on the phone. I see where the rudeness originates. Such an easy excuse to not leave contact information, as requested. Just another reason to not trust anyone from Travis Martin Plumbing. read more

The team came out twice to work on a moderate list of things that had been waiting to be worked on. Responsive, efficient, honest, and worth the price to make sure the work is done RIGHT. I'd happily recommend them to anyone! read more

Travis and his team are good guys and did great work!!! Due to storm damage, we had to replace the waterline from our well to the whole home water tank. Travis was quick to come out and assess the situation and then his team installed a 330 foot polyethylene pipe to get us up and running again. It was a pretty big project and the whole team was professional. I'd use TMP anytime! read more

I recently bought a house and needed to change my sewage lateral. After some research Travis Martin plumbing seemed to be moderately priced with high quality work. I've worked with other plumbers in the past so this time I really wanted to find someone that I knew I'd have a positive experience with. Boy was I right! Travis and his awesome team showed up on time every day and got the job done! They went above and beyond to not only check the sewage lateral but also look for anything else that would potentially cause me problems in the future. Travis is kind, trustworthy and straight forward. I would hire him again and will refer him to anyone that having plumbing needs. read more

Pretty dissatisfied had them come out for an estimate then didn't hear back for weeks . I called in and got rather high quote on the job and then finally got an call for scheduling almost a week later . Had some one else from over the hill come on with a better price and took care of short propane line knocked out in less then 2 hours . read more

Travis and Katie are the most helpful, kind and experienced plumbers I've worked with. They came out multiple times for my terrible old house with extremely weird plumbing. Katie was always responsive even when she had to be out of the office due to a family emergency. Also, I did shop around and the price that they quoted for my water main replacement could not be beat. I highly recommend them for any project large or small not matter how weird. read more

I've hired TMP for a few projects and they are Great. Reliable Dependable All the work is up to code All the employees are very polite and kept me posted throughout the process. They are all very nice and they smile all the time. Very unusual to see plumbers smiling. LOL. Must be good management (Travis is great) They installed my tankless water heater. Love it Help with my bathroom, Jose was very patient with me on my bathroom shower design hookup. He took the time with me to make sure I was happy. They just completed my rough in for my kitchen remodel. I would recommend TMP for any plumbing needs. I will hire them again for my next project. read more

Oh my god, I just can't say enough nice things about TMP! My hot water stopped working out of the blue and they came the same day to look everything over. Because our water heater was still under warranty they ordered the parts straight from the manufacturer to save us money, which was amazing since this was an unexpected expense. Katie was friendly and so great with organizing and keeping me updated on the progress along the way! Travis and his employee where just so nice and thorough! I am so glad I went with them and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again team!! read more

Over the last two years, Travis and his excellent team have done the following at our property: trenched and installed a new water line from meter when it was wiped out by a tree fall; installed reverse osmosis drinking water systems; added a tankless whole-house water heater; added a hot water recirculator; and trenched and ran a new propane line from tank for an outdoor fire pit. And, they helped me after hours resolve a couple of running toilet/ leaky shut off valve issues that I was able to fix myself with his help over the phone. He and Katie are responsive and kind and I'm grateful to have found them. read more

Team came out and got the job done right and professionally on a lot of work we've been trying to get done since November (thanks to another plumbing company that left us high and dry, no pun intended, by never completing the job order) From phone call to onsite personnel, very professional and definitely knowledgeable. Thanks for the great job! read more

We bought a weird mountain house that has needed a lot of plumbing work. We love Travis Martin and his team. It can be a challenge to get on his calendar for bigger jobs - because everyone seems to know how great he is - however, he has been extremely accommodating during multiple plumbing emergencies. They even offered to lend us space heaters while a leaky gas line was being fixed. This crew is punctual, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We wouldn't hire anyone else. read more

We had the water main pipe break going into the house on a Thursday eve/ Friday morning...4" of water in our crawl space. I called TMP first thing in the AM and they were booked solid, but they said they would try to swing by at the end of their day. I sent them pics of the issue, and understood that they were fully booked. However, they stayed in contact with me throughout the day, and around 12PM, they let me know they would swing by in a few hours!!! I tried many other places and they all said Monday at the earliest. Not withstanding, this is the third time we used them and they are incredible at what they do. They not only fixed our broken water main pipe, but noticed water leaking on our electric water heater and addressed it. Also, tightened a leaky pipe! And their final price was MORE THAN REASONABLE!!! We love giving them business, though I did joke that we only call them when we need them! Highly recommended!!! read more

Quick response for estimate. Showed up when scheduled. Very friendly, pleasant and professional.

Hit the estimate exactly for a whole days worth of 3 plumber's work. Fixed a half dozen small things, trenched and ran a decent length of gas pipe, and installed a new toilet. Couldn't be more pleased, and consider everything plumbing-related to be a solved issue for as long as Travis Martin Plumbing is doing business up here. read more

We were in desperate need of a whole house repipe, and TMP came highly recommended. They traveled all the way to Livermore to work on our house. Travis and his crew were really nice, clean, and very considerate. Throughout the job they went out of there way to make sure we had running water each night. With two kids under 3 water is a must, and they came through each day they were here. Travis is very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about his profession. Travis and his crew put my family and our house first throughout their job. I couldn't ask for a better group of guys to do this job. Travis explained every step, and went out of his way to recommend things to prevent issues later. My wife and I feel blessed to have such a big job go so smoothly. They where on time, finished on time, and a blessing. If you have a plumbing issue it's a now brainer. Call Travis at TMP Plumbing. read more

Travis Martin Plumbing is the best plumber service I have ever experienced. Travis is very experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. His crew that came to my house, Hunter and Brian, and assisted Travis on our project were clean, respectful, and did an amazing job. When I asked them if they work a lot of late nights, their response was "we do and we don't mind it because we are helping people like you get out of a jam that is impacting your family"...enough said! Backdrop on what they did...we had a leaking water heater last night that required us to shut off the main valve to our house. I called my GC, Rich Gallardo, and he immediately called TMP and Travis called me back right away. He showed up at my house early today to assess the issue and worked to revise his schedule to make sure he could help us resolve the issue today being that we had no running water and a b-day party at our house tomorrow. We ended up replacing our old water heater with a tankless water heater and we cannot be more pleased with the change and extremely pleased with TMP crew overall. If you ever have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend calling Travis at TMP. They will exceed your expectations all the way around. read more

I love these! They are the best. Whoever installed my toilet didn't bother to bolt it to the floor so of course the seal broke. They sent some guys out right away and they had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I won't use anyone else. The best! read more

BEWARE!! These people are crooks! They sent 2 people to do the job of one person. They showed up then had to leave to go get "tools" and would be back in a half hour. When they got back I watched as one of the guys worked under the sink, as the other sat there and watched. The job was done in roughly an hour and a half. Note a half hour of that was them leaving to go get "tools". Later that day I was emailed my invoice. It said $180 x 2= $360 and $127.51 for a total of $487.51. I'm sorry but I'm not paying $180 for someone to sit there and watch someone else work and for the materials it was a pipe and a hose that I could get from Ace for under $50. Absolute ripoff so be cautious with this place!! read more

Travis and his team are amazing. A couple days ago I walked into my bedroom to discover a huge puddle of water all over the floor. It turns out our toilet was leaking into the floor/ceiling above our room. It was a Sunday, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get in touch with anyone. Katie got my message and called me back that day and helped me try to figure out what was going on and assured me they could make it out Monday morning. Travis and his crew showed up and were quickly able to diagnose two issues and were able to fix them in half a day. They went above and beyond and improved the plumbing in our house. So so grateful for these guys and highly recommend! read more

Very unresponsive. Called 1.5 weeks ago, scheduled an appointment to take care of a blocked graywater line. A plumber showed up a few days later, with apparently nothing with him. Said he needs to look first, then schedule another appointment "next week". The "next week" came and gone - no calls, nothing. Called them myself, spoke with a lady in the phone - she said they'll call me back. That was on Tuesday. Today is Friday - still no calls. Can't do laundry or anything that drains through graywater line for almost 2 weeks now. Found another plumber - case the next day and fixed everything in 1 hour. read more

Travis and his team are absolutely great. The entire experience beginning with scheduling with Katie and with Travis' friendly expertise made for a smooth transaction. I would recommend TMP to anyone looking for a quality plumbing job. Thanks! read more

Talk about coming to the rescue!! We had a major issue with the garbage disposal that basically caused the sink to be unusable for our family. Not only was Travis skilled and great around the chaos of a large family he was early for our appointment. Travis met our busy schedule at time that was best for us. His work is clean and professional. Obviously a top-notch professional. It is obvious that Travis likes being a part of a large community of Boulder Creek and is a high character tradesman. We would recommend and hire Travis again in a second. read more
