I would advise against using Travis. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and hired them because it sounded like they'd get things right, and get them done swiftly. He sent in a couple younger guys which were really nice, but they were messy in how they cut into things, there were miscommunications about materials, and the scheduling was inconsistent. Communication consisted mainly of sending invoices, and when I asked to hop on a quick call, I instead got sparse texts. They left materials around and for stuff that they messed up, they had a shoddy way of correcting it, by the time I found those things, I didn't even want to contact them to fix them because it wasn't worth the time or money (which was not cheap, and the project ballooned into double the cost). To say I was dissatisfied would be an understatement. As I'm seeing the signs all over the valley lately, I thought I'd give a fair warning to those that may bite. This is the third time I've used them in the last few months. They did a great job scoping out my leech field last month and this time I had a leak on my 4 inch blackwater line going to my septic tank. The job was complicated because there was not a lot of extra line and it was connection to connection fitting. The crew did an amazing job like they always do and had me back up and running and under an hour. Our 20-year-old water heater started leaking on the top, so I called TMP to give us estimates on a new heater and also an instant-on system. We decided on the new water heater and TMP came out on time on the agreed date to install it. Travis and Jose and the Ninja Turtles crew were friendly and efficient. The new heater started dripping that evening, so I texted Travis (who was on vacation) and after a few questions he said Jose would be out first thing in the morning to fix it. He was, and it turned out the relief valve hadn't been tightened properly in the factory...Jose and Emiliano and Marco drained it, put sealer on the threads, tightened it, and refilled it. Not a drip since, thank goodness! The invoice came in email and matched the initial estimate. We highly recommend TMP!! read more

If you don't mind rude plumbers, this is your company. Unfortunately, I will not allow them inside my home. Oh my god, I just can't say enough nice things about TMP! My hot water stopped working out of the blue and they came the same day to look everything over. Over the last two years, Travis and his excellent team have done the following at our property: trenched and installed a new water line from meter when it was wiped out by a tree fall; installed reverse osmosis drinking water systems; added a tankless whole-house water heater; added a hot water recirculator; and trenched and ran a new propane line from tank for an outdoor fire pit. We had the water main pipe break going into the house on a Thursday eve/ Friday morning...4" of water in our crawl space. I called TMP first thing in the AM and they were booked solid, but they said they would try to swing by at the end of their day. I sent them pics of the issue, and understood that they were fully booked. However, they stayed in contact with me throughout the day, and around 12PM, they let me know they would swing by in a few hours!!! I tried many other places and they all said Monday at the earliest. Not withstanding, this is the third time we used them and they are incredible at what they do. They not only fixed our broken water main pipe, but noticed water leaking on our electric water heater and addressed it. Also, tightened a leaky pipe! His crew that came to my house, Hunter and Brian, and assisted Travis on our project were clean, respectful, and did an amazing job. Backdrop on what they did...we had a leaking water heater last night that required us to shut off the main valve to our house. I called my GC, Rich Gallardo, and he immediately called TMP and Travis called me back right away. He showed up at my house early today to assess the issue and worked to revise his schedule to make sure he could help us resolve the issue today being that we had no running water and a b-day party at our house tomorrow. We ended up replacing our old water heater with a tankless water heater and we cannot be more pleased with the change and extremely pleased with TMP crew overall. BEWARE!! These people are crooks! They sent 2 people to do the job of one person. They showed up then had to leave to go get "tools" and would be back in a half hour. When they got back I watched as one of the guys worked under the sink, as the other sat there and watched. The job was done in roughly an hour and a half. Note a half hour of that was them leaving to go get "tools". Later that day I was emailed my invoice. It said $180 x 2= $360 and $127.51 for a total of $487.51. I'm sorry but I'm not paying $180 for someone to sit there and watch someone else work and for the materials it was a pipe and a hose that I could get from Ace for under $50. Absolute ripoff so be cautious with this place!! read more

It turns out our toilet was leaking into the floor/ceiling above our room. It was a Sunday, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get in touch with anyone. Very unresponsive. Called 1.5 weeks ago, scheduled an appointment to take care of a blocked graywater line. A plumber showed up a few days later, with apparently nothing with him. Said he needs to look first, then schedule another appointment "next week". The "next week" came and gone - no calls, nothing. Called them myself, spoke with a lady in the phone - she said they'll call me back. That was on Tuesday. Today is Friday - still no calls. There are several reasons why TMP Plumbing gets all 5-star reviews. They are amazing! From start to finish they are honest, professional and excellent in their work. Everyone went above and beyond. I started out needing my sewer line replaced (75+ years of old pipes). Then the water line, again, old pipes, then the water main broke. It was not pretty, but TMP Plumbing did the work when they said, took care of permits, was wonderful to deal with it and while I'd rather have spent the money on a vacation, at least I know the lines will outlive me. 5 Stars and then some. read more
