I was in site 27 which was longer than it looked on the map or in the photos. I could see the creek from there. I'm not sure there is a bad site there...some had more shade, depends what you like. There are levels...I don't think you can see the water from the upper campsites, but more sun and partially sunny sites up there When alerted to a broken and stuck branch that could have been a problem, the rangers had it taken care of within half an hour or so. Staff was friendly and drove through regularly. The peacocks were fun... fearless, too, so we got a good look at those gorgeous birds. Quail, woodpeckers, a variety of birds. A great place for naps.

Most people bring their RVs and campers but surprisingly they were not as loud during the night as people in the reviews said. Parking lot was massive and provided lots of space. Bathrooms were clean for the most part but with the amount of people there this weekend the contents inside got full pretty fast making it unpleasant to utilize. The hand washing stations they had available did not have any water or soap in them which was unfortunate. Lake was huge and perfect for any type of water sports. There are stair like trails near some of the campsites to walk down to the water. Lots of boats too but it was not super loud at all. Highly recommend this spot. Perfect for little ones too. We had my 10 month old son who did amazing and slept really good. There was also a 4 month baby and 1 year old in our group.

The restrooms are available and clean (I honestly don't know why others complain about them), and the staff who manage the site are nice and responsive.we stayed at #16. The only major downside is the campground's policy on generators for RV. They allow them to run until 10 p.m., which can be unbearable for families with little kids who go to bed earlier. Our children are 7 and 5, and the constant noise at night made it very difficult for them to sleep. When I asked our immediate neighbor number 15 if she could turn it off earlier, she said management had told her it was permitted until 10 p.m. I called management after hour number and was given the same answer. Unfortunately, once everything quiets down at night, the generator noise becomes even more disruptive. It was a very uncomfortable experience for us, and unless this policy changes, we won't be returning or recommending the campground to our friends -- which is a shame, because the location and facilities are otherwise excellent.

The park has a laundry room, updated restrooms and showers. The tenants look out for each other and are very friendly and helpful. The park is close to BART and shopping. The management has just upgraded the water pipes and roads. I like the fact that they do not allow older RV's in the park because it gives the park a better appearance. This is a great park, I have enjoyed the time I have spent at this park. I would recommend this park to anyone that asks me!

This park is terrible strictly due to the horrible manager and poor atmosphere. The manager is a wretched person that makes the entire park feel uncomfortable and dirty. She's mean, rude, and literally screams at tenants outside - it's very unprofessional and off-putting. I highly recommend checking out other places in the area before settling on this dump - you'll be glad you did. P.s. They make you move out for two days every six months to avoid paying higher fees to the city and to allow them to kick you out without any time to plan different accommodations. This place is not a secure home for anyone. Any other park in the area is a better option than this mobile shantytown.
