The grounds are nice, clean, and modern. The suites are spacious and gigantic. The lighting is thoughtful and accommodates every situation; there's even a very nice LED nightlight in the bathroom where the soaps are. The kitchen has everything you may need. There are USB outlets where you get them. Thermostats for each room that aren't too complicated. Samsung TVs with various apps including Plex. Very strong WiFi. Attached to Holiday Inn with a bar so you can easily go next door for a drink and still have it billed to your room. Comprehensive free breakfast in the morning which included enough choices to be satisfied with: breads, cheeses, pastries, scrambled eggs, meats, beans, bacon, yogurts, cereals, and even some beef. Probably my one suggestion would be for them to add better labels onto the food items. Instead kf6 "meat board", how about a sign that says "ham" and one they says "roast beef?" That way those of us who don't each pork (or just want to know exactly what we are eating) can tell easily. Oh, and last thing. The public bus stops DIRECTLY outside the hotel and this whole area is inside the Free Zone so there is no charge to ride between airport terminals and this hotel. However when I asked the associate at the desk this morning what she suggests, she guided us toward the H-lines, which are the Hotel Hoppa. This is a pay-shuttle the hotels share, which screwed me last time because they wouldn't wouldn't accept a credit card, and the hotels probably get a kickback for sending guests to this option (but maybe I'm wrong: perhaps Staybridge will correct the record if so, but if they don't, I'll assume it's true!). If you get on Google Maps and get publc transit directions hotel to airport, it will show you exactly how to cross the atreet, walk 1 minute, and get a bus that will go straight to the terminal. Same for arriving: the bus stop is literally right outside, just tell the driver stop at BB and don't waste your time or money waiting or paying for another option. All in all a great stay and I will definitely return on future undesired long layovers.

Comfortable and quiet but if your doing alot in town the transportation cost and distance is a problem. We were in town for 2 or 3 nights and it was a mistake to stay by the airport but that were my hubby's boss chose to stay. If using public transportation you need more than one credit card. Credit card for each person to use public transportation like the tube, ferries ect.

(No pic provided, but #569 was horrid because of that) Please wash and thoroughly check your sheets, and esp pillow cases before presenting that to a guest. Chicken club was good, and the chips were nice, though not super crispy. The bad news: I think the chicken wing portion was a bit small for $15. The bleu cheese wasn't great. I was charged 5 pounds for a "tray charge," which was confusing, because it's not listed on the menu and I certainly didn't need the tray. The spring rolls definitely have the frozen taste and just too sweet for me. They delivered two bottles of coke, but no bottle opener. We tried to open it ourselves on the side of the counter, and the glass broke, so just a bit frustrating. I called and they brought one right up, though, so lesson learned. Laundry service is useless. If you're checking in at 4pm you won't even be able to use it until next day if you're lucky. Absolutely worthless to offer laundry service at all. I paid for outsourcing elsewhere (way to go customer service-this is sarcasm for those of you who couldn't tell). Next up the Italian restaurant. Food was fine. Service was ok. The host asked me twice if I had food allergies and so did the waitress. I got asked 4 different times if I had food allergies. I don't. I had to tell the host AND the waitress my room number out loud. Why? This feels like a security issue for a solo female. I shouldn't have to share that with anyone. If I want to charge to the room I will write that down when it comes time to pay. Do better.
