We were in town for 2 or 3 nights and it was a mistake to stay by the airport but that were my hubby's boss chose to stay. If using public transportation you need more than one credit card. Credit card for each person to use public transportation like the tube, ferries ect.

(No pic provided, but #569 was horrid because of that) Please wash and thoroughly check your sheets, and esp pillow cases before presenting that to a guest. All and all though I would say a 3 1/2-4 because of that incident. If that didn't happen, a def 5 for me. Food was great too. Love how they have a restaurant and a Costa Coffee cafe. I was charged 5 pounds for a "tray charge," which was confusing, because it's not listed on the menu and I certainly didn't need the tray. The spring rolls definitely have the frozen taste and just too sweet for me. They delivered two bottles of coke, but no bottle opener. We tried to open it ourselves on the side of the counter, and the glass broke, so just a bit frustrating. I called and they brought one right up, though, so lesson learned. Bathrooms were always clean and never shy of any toilet paper which was nice as the event was fairly large and people were in and out of the bathroom all day. I did use the elevator to get something from my friend's room as she was staying at the hotel. The elevator won't work without a keycard. That's important as it's a safety precaution. The hotel is also centrally located and near the bus stop. Not a bad choice !
