I cannot help but to laud Michele at http://www.heretothemoontravel.com/…read more Our longtime travel agent was pulling back towards retiring and was no longer able to help us. We connected to Michele at Here To The Moon, as she was one of the highest rated and best reviewed of travel agents from a web search. Michele immediately put us at ease and took charge, pricing and arranging a transatlantic and Mediterranean cruise, and coming in with a lower price (by nearly $900 p/p) through discounts that we were unaware were available to us. Michele answered all of our inquiries in a timely and complete manner. We definitely feel confident in using and recommending her, and are grateful for her knowledge and expertise.

We were most impressed as we had to be picked up at 4:30 AM on the outbound and at 11:30 PM on the return. On the return, he found us and loaded our luggage quite efficiently. I highly recommend Travelwire for transportation to and from airports at odd hours. Far less expensive than previously used private driving services. Far more reliable than an Uber driver. They arrive when they way they will arrive and pick you up when they say they will.

Best decision I ever made as it turned out to be the BEST vacation I've ever had. From the time we landed, the pick up was just a matter of a few munites. The day of our departure, I messaged Oliver from Travelwire because I could not locate a number to call my pickup driver. He got back to me in a matter of minutes. We were picked up in a comfortable van and dropped off just on time. I am already planning my next trip with travelwire. No regrets the BEST travel agents.

Judy Gallagher was just the expert we needed! Judy was able to give us recommendations based on the type of vacation we were looking for and also stay within our budget. She took care of EVERYTHING, and even added her own suggestions to make our trip extra special. As it turns out, our Punta Cana resort had not disclosed when booking the trip that there was construction happening outside of our room. I had requested a room change from our hotel concierge, but was told that no other rooms were available. The next morning I called Judy and explained the situation. She answered the phone immediately and by that same afternoon we had our upgraded room -- one of the best in the resort! This was EXACTLY why we trusted our special trip to Gallagher Travel Shoppe and I am happy to give Gallagher a very strong recommendation!! Thank you Judy!

I was given their number by a close friend who has booked many vacations through them. Last year I decided to send them and email and I received one back from Mary who would be our travel agent. There is not enough room on this page to describe how lovely, professional, and efficient that Mary is. She took all my worries and concerns away when it came to traveling. Last August my husband and I booked our wedding/honeymoon through her and every single step of the way Mary was there with the answers and the solutions. I can honest say that all I had to do was describe the type of vacation we wanted and price range and Mary did all the leg work. We barely had to lift a finger and we received the most spectacular vacation. I had quite the list of things I wanted out of my vacation and Mary made sure we got every single one. I never had to wait days or even hours for her to get back to me. Mary made sure that she communicated all the details of the trip verbally and always sent a follow up email so we could reference back to them. This was extremely helpful considering my husband is away often and I'm usually running around like crazy trying to get everything planned and together. Mary made everything so easy. We had an incredible wedding and honeymoon filled with so many memories. It was such a success that we just booked again with her to go away for our anniversary! I can not wait and once again Mary made it a pain free process. I don't know how she does it!! If you want someone who cares about your vacation , will get you the best pricing possible and is stellar at their job....you NEED to call Mt Carmel Travel and book with Mary. Thank you for all the hard work and all the fantastic memories we will get to have through these vacations, we are forever grateful.
