In the past year I have found that what was presented to me during that presentation was falsely advertised. I have priced several hotels and only found savings of a few dollars a night off the regular rates averaging under a 5% savings. Sometime in early 2024, I contacted a representative at Executive Platinum Travel to price flights to ******, ******* since I already had my hotel stay secured already. The representative sent info for flight and hotel. On another occasion I attempted to reach out to the representative about a desire to book another trip by email. I never heard back from the representative.Additionally, I was promised a $150 in reimbursement for travel, entertainment, dining and gasoline. I mailed all the required documents to the ***************** and as of today I have not been reimbursed for my expenses. I have mailed regular and certified letters to Executive Platinum Travel and the ***************** with no response from ether. I understand I had a 3 day right to cancel but I was not expecting this level of service nor the difference in savings. Im requesting a full or partial refund.

Was seeming like an easy visit, fingerprint tech rushed through and did not ask if I wanted hard…read morecopies for FBI background check and assumed email copy was okay - without asking - and submitted (I specified that the FBI background check was for VISA purposes so I needed a hard-certified copy). Tech was unable to cancel the original submission and was told by tech support that the fingerprints needed to be sent again and cannot be cancelled. I was charged extra for the extra submission due to the technician's mistake. After charging me I asked for a printed receipt (which did not show any breakdown of charges). I asked tech to go over the charges and found out I was "manually" charged an additional $10 over on top of the additional charge. The $10 was refunded and corrected. However, the 1 star review is for making a customer pay extra for a 2nd submission because of a mistake made by the business/tech. This is poor business practice.
