Like I said previously: this service will try to convince you that you need to pay for them to double up on efforts that you do NOT need them for. Save your money, fill out the application yourself, and then find a courier service to take care of the delivery.

This place, although fast, SUCKS. The amount of time I had to put in, just to make an appointment…read morewas astonishing. I had a trip to Cabo planned for the 16th of June. In April I went in because I didn't know it was appointment only, they gave me a number to call to set up an appointment. I called and they said I couldn't make an appointment until 2 weeks before the date of my trip. So I waited. I called two weeks before my trip and they had no appointments left. Their soonest appointment was on the 18th of June. I scrambled to get that spot and had to change my flights. The day before the 18th I got a call that said to come into the passport agency today because they were closing on the day of my appointment. I rush over there and they tell me "no they are not closing, and no they can not let me in". Okay?? So I call the hotline, and was informed that they are in fact closing. Huh?? I wait till the next morning and head over, they are open thank god. But my troubles didn't end there, the people who work here are absolute degenerates. They are rude, they are mean, and they shouldn't be allowed to work in costumer service.
